Great product for the price. My daughter uses it for school mainly, and has had no issues.

Good laptop, it starts really fast and is easy to use. The only thing is the small memory but I bought a usb and save a lot of my documents on google drive.

I'm loving this Chromebook so far, it's pretty well known that they're great for browsing and watching videos online; what isn't well known is that with a recent ChromeOS update this model was given access to Google Play which is the Android app store. This means that I now have offline access to apps like MS Office for work/school which is great. My only complaints are the track pad and tablet mode. The track pad can get laggy, sometimes I down know where the courser goes or I end up scrolling too much or not enough. It's pretty annoying but you can always use a proper mouse. As for the tablet view it's not as seamless as they'd have you believe (at least in my case) whenever I flip to tablet style I lose touch and have to hit the power button to get it going again. To summarize: + price + fast OS (loading, browsing...) + access to tons of apps thanks to update (adds offline functionality) - track pad could be better - tablet view can be finicky.

The battery life is the best I leave it on sleep mode for days. And I always return to it always having enough juice to do what I need it to do. It's small enough to where I can take it EVERY WHERE I GO. I was stuck waiting for my car at the dealer took this gadget with me. I was busy for 4 hours while waiting for my car. It was great! I am extremely happy with my purchase! It was worth every penny!

The touchscreen Chromebook is very solid with gorilla glass. The 2-in-1 design offers great flexibility. Set up took <3 min. The exterior looks great too.

Didn't know if the touch screen was worth the extra money but now I'm a believer. Having the option to quickly navigate thru the internet and programs makes it much easier/faster than steering a mouse. This Chromebook has great battery life (9hrs) and the size is just right for mobility and using a backpack. Don't have any WiFi problems connecting up and the speed on streaming is good. Touchpad is responsive and a nice large size.

Great replacement for my work laptop. Fully capable and touch screen a plus. Smart phone unlock feature not a responsive as I would like it. But a mid-range pc for the money.

Bought this Acer Chromebook for my daughters last 2 years at University of Iowa. She loves the speed of a chromebook and this size is just right to put in her backpack. This is the second Acer I have bought,the other one she used last 2 years of high school and the first 2 years of college. Dropped 1st one ,cracked the screen but did the job for another year.

I love my new Chromebook. It is a bit different from my old laptop but it is the perfect size, love the flexibility of the cover, great viewing screen.

I totally loved this laptop. I would most definitely recommend it to friends and family. Children can do there school reports with this touch laptop.

Got this on sale. My daughter brings it back and forth from high school. She likes it because it's lightweight and good for both homework and videos.

Great laptop for the price. Got 1 for each of my girls so they have their own laptop for homework. Nothing fancy but works great for what we need.

I use this chromebook to travel with as it's lightweight and sturdy. I love that you can flip it to prop up, makes watching modules a lot easier.

Easy to use and is a cost effective option for a nice simple computer. Got this for the in-laws as their primary computer and they like it a lot.

Chromebook was bought for an xmas 2017 gift for my 8yr old daughter so unable to give a definitive review at this time. I do know that she uses a similar style for school but I like that it also flips into a tablet style and previous reviews helped with my purchase along with the great deal Best Buy was offering at time. From description of product I like that its kid friendly and may not have to deal with virus problems and security issues but I also don't like that it's not apple product friendly like backing up a iPhone or iPad. I will revisit this review after xmas and my child and I have used.

Purchased this for my mother. Wanted affordable, simple, functional and fast. Now that I have it set up for her, I'm tempted to buy myself one.

Great portable laptop, tablet feature is awesome. Nothing over the top in terms of specs but perfect for someone who just needs basic internet.

My need was simple: email, cloud storage, internet access; THE END! No internal storage, no games, no goofy stuff, just the basics. THIS unit is lightweight, attractive and can do a couple of "cute" things in addition: fold in half for tablet style use and has touch screen! It's perfect for me AND it was relatively inexpensive. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

No longer need a full blown computer to use on a daily basis. The Acer Chromebook fit the bill. Have other computers in the house but haven't needed to go to any of them. Quick to respond on opening and operates efficiently. I use a cordless mouse but nice to have the touch screen when using away from my desk. Keyboard is adequate but compact as expected on a smaller device.
