First time I brought a chrome book. It was a beginner for me . It was easy to use and intruction was readable. Screen is clean and bendable. Charging was fast. I like this product. I recommend it it does the work that need to be done. The setting was basic. Light compact.

Can be used as a laptop but the keyboard can be folded under the screen and then used as an i-pad. Easy to use, easy to read the screen.

I have a 14 year old. He uses it everyday at school. He said it is very fast and convenient to have. It's lightweight so easy for him to bring with him.

We purchased two of these on Cyber Monday. We really like the 2 in 1 function of the Chromebook, BUT it has had issues. Good - Graphics, fit and feel, speed, keyboard, track pad, touch screen. Bad - Battery would not charge past 94% (known issue) and ended up exchanging for another one. The new one, kept dropping Wifi. First it started out roughly once per hour, then it went to three times per hour (YES, we did all the troubleshooting ref to WIFI issues and no other wifi device on our network experiences outages). SO, we carried this one back to BestBuy for an exchange and it is currently on its way. Good little device with issues, hence the 3 star rating. It seems as if it is hit or miss with Chromebooks as a device these days.

This Chromebook was a great choice for the price. It does everything I need it to do and, so far, I haven't had any problems with it. It is very easy to set up and use.

My daughter loves this chrome book. Has a touchscreen add on which she loves the best. And perfect size. Works great for all her school needs.

The Chromebook is light and it starts up quick. I like that I can store my info online, and I do not need a bulky heavy computer to store the info.

Received a great "Black Friday" deal for this "2 in 1" device. While I could use a little more memory storage, it's a great portable device.

My son needed a computer for use in middle school. The school highly recommend Chromebooks for ease, cost, and battery life. The Acer R11 was the best overall fit we could find. The touchscreen and tablet-mode give him the 'cool factor' and the 4GB of memory give him the ability to run multiple tabs without too much lag. The processor is not most powerful, but is more than sufficient for what he needs. If you are looking for a gaming system, look for something else, but for school work this is a great fit. Note: this model does not support the use of a 'pen'.

Great for kids to do their schoolwork. Easy to transport. Kids can bring it to the library and school to get their work done. Well priced product.

My children each receive one of these chromebooks for Christmas last year and they are holding up to their abuse nicely. The boys are 10 and 12 and aren't too easy on electronics but we have had,no problems at all with performance, quality, or durability. I would recommend these for all school age kiddos since they work so well and so much these days is done on the internet even for elementary aged kiddos. Love these chromebooks.

this is the same chromebbok we use in school except it has a touch screen. I really like that feature easy to use really like it.

Bought this on black Friday for $199 and used a $50 gift card. Excellent purchase since this is one of the very few Chromebooks w touch that also has native access to Android app store. I play Vainglory (android game) and thought about buying a tablet but decided to get this as I like having the keyboard also. It works perfect. So basically its like having an 11inch android tablet also. Combine this w the flip back screen and this has a ton of utility. Screen is 720 but is glossy so doesn't look dull. Great budget buy overall.

i bought this for my wife after buying my self one and loving it. its smaller than a typical laptop, but the touch screen is a big plus.
