Exchanged a different brand and purchased Acer. We are very satisfied with this laptop. Charge lasts a long time and it's very durable!

It's quick different from Other laptop that I've got in the past. It run strictly nothing but Google and it's easy to learn or touch.

I am previously a strict MacUser but I needed something that was light affordable and that I could use as a tablet because I was tired of using the iPad and transferring it to a laptop to do the work on it that I needed -I am a teacher and I use it for everything I am also in graduate school and I am able to use it for that as well. I have been given a Dell chrome book to use for work and I prefer this one much better it has a better image a better screen and is half the weight the keyboard is also much more comfortable

I enjoy using this android laptop. It is much easier to use than the Windows 10 unit I tried. It is super fast and easy to understand.

Overall quality of the laptop is pretty good. Coming from Windows and Mac OS, it's very easy to use. Surprisingly pretty quick even with lots of tabs open in the Chrome OS. Productivity can be achieved with Google Docs. No issues streaming videos with services like Netflix or Amazon Prime Video. Getting used to not saving locally takes a little bit of getting used to however. Great computer for students, web browsing, and for light productivity. Only issue I have is the trackpad. It's on the better side, but not as responsive as a Macbook Pro.

I thinks it's a solid purchase for the price! The screen quality, battery life and performance are definitely good overall.

I bought this Chromebook for my fourteen-year-old son and he really likes it, especially having touchscreen too. Charges quickly and holds the charge.

It is lightweight and easy to navigate! I carry it everywhere and the battery lasts a long time. I highly recommend this product.

Great chromebook! Been using my ipad and iphone for browsing, but felt the need for something a little larger. This chromebook fits perfect. It's quick and does everything I need. Nice that it can get google programs and also install apps from the play store. The screen is very nice compared to other chromebooks. My wife liked it so much that I bought her one. It has 16gb and the google drive which is plenty of storage for me. I also added a 64 gb SD card for more storage. Overall very happy with it.

It is a perfect in between a pad and laptop. Lightweight, functional and compact. Exactly what I was looking for!

This chromebook is perfect for our needs. It is lightning fast and super easy to use. Right out of the box it is ready to go.

I wasn't sure how a Chromebook would be since it's not like a regular laptop, but it far exceeded my expectations! Setup took less than a minute, you just turn it on and log into your google account and you're all set. I wasn't sure about downloading and uploading images with this since you don't have a traditional hard drive to say stuff to, but you can still do that stuff, it just goes through your Google account. Everything is super easy to use on this.

It has not yet been opened. Purchased the same brand and style computer for my grandson three years ago and he isn't willing give it to his sister and get another newer machine. My assumption is that she will have the same reaction.

I purchased this for my wife to replace a damaged tablet which ran Windows10. Her primary usage is entertainment: Facebook, movies and electronic books from the county library. It is used for balancing the checkbook and bill-pay and occasionally for shopping. It is not used for document processing or for file storage. She does not miss the Windows features and is very pleased with it. For anyone focused primarily on web-based activities, it is an excellent product, functional and affordable.
