Perfect for work lite weight easy to use perfect!!

I wasn't planning on doing any black Friday shopping when I walked into BB, I planned to just to window shop. I saw this great deal on these Chrombooks. I'm glad I made the purchase, now both my kids have a lightweight laptop they can use for school. Love that it can turn into a tablet and that the malware will always be current.

Purchased for my wife, who already used Google products exclusively, so she was immediately familiar with navigation. Those used to Windows based PC/laptops, there might be a learning curve. Important - Required a system update (automatic shortly after 1st power-up) in order to have the ability to download apps from Google Play.

This is my Go-to now for most anything that doesn't require a printer or to access my hard drive. Just makes that much more sense since I primarily use a computer for web browsing, managing my photos/videos, and online banking. Turning it on is no longer a wait which for the impatient folks is a blessing. Someday I might figure out how to connect to a printer since it has the capability; seems like the process may not be super easy but I cannot comment on that yet. Love the two USB ports but haven't needed both simultaneously so it's just a good feature just in case. Battery life seems stellar for what I would call light to moderate usage. Eager to try this out for longer but it meets my expectations and needs. Screen resolution is great but I'm far from a techie to give you what I think is technically so great: it just has a nice clarity and I can watch shows without feeling like I'm watching on a piece of junk ;) Sound is fine for my needs; I didn't buy it for music listening reasons so it serves the purpose of giving no distorted sound, doesn't sound tinny or overly heavy or lacking bass. I love it's compactness though I wish it had a larger screen; that was a compromise for the 'just under $300' price point. I love the white outer shell too as it pleases me aesthetically. Ok hope this lay persons opinions helps someone!

This is my 2nd Chromebook. The touch screen, the extra memory, and the flip into a tablet features take a platform (Chromebook) that I really felt was superior, and boosted my esteem even higher. I would never even think go going back to a computer that would be prone to software updates and viruses. And you can't beat the price!

I am happy with this Chromebook. It's fast to connect to the internet and I can watch movies. I bought an Sd card since the memory is so small. I bought this Black Friday because of the price. Once I bought it then I read the reviews. I figured for the price if I don't like it I would take it back. But I like it and kept it.
