    Son is a freshmen at De La Salle HS which is a Google school. He likes the Chromebook for school plus he uses it for general browsing. Thinking of getting one to replace my wife's iPad.

    It didn't not register fully with me that it's not a Windows machine, even though it is self evident from the name. I would not buy again as it's more like a tablet then a laptop, but it works great for what it's actually suppose to do with the downloadable apps.
