It's a good computer for what it was worth I went when it was black Friday

I wanted it for my car to remote into a bunch of windows servers. Unfortunately, the chrome OS was not that compatible. They do offer a RDP like connection but it requires a client be downloaded. I think it is more for connecting into your desktop not servers.

Good price = good value for this chromebook. Don't expect extravagance of course. There are some issues with the touchscreen at certain times, but that may be a function of Chrome, and not the laptop itself. (Sometimes webpages won't scroll using the touchscreen, and will only scroll using the touchpad and pointer.

My daughter's school uses chromebooks in the class room & most of their homework is assigned online. I decided to get this for her to use at home rather than a full laptop. It works perfect for her needs and looks nice too. She loves that it converts into a "tablet".

Purchased this item for my son for Christmas in hopes that it keep him off my laptop. He loves it, especially that it flips to be a tablet. He is on this device everyday, either playing games, on youtube or doing online school assignments. The battery life is okay considering on the weekends, he is on it all day.

I haven’t spent much time figuring out this chrome book as of yet but my 10 year old is thrilled with the gift! She uses it primarily to watch YouTube and do web-based school work. Our school district is using chrome books so this should carry her through a few years!

Computer itself works good, but Google has to have a password for everything. Apps don't always work with Android. I love the touch screen, but hate the touch pad. I'm always screwing up stuff by touching it by accident. Should be able to disable it.

This little guy does nearly everything I want out of it. The only thing that bothers me in the slightest is that I cant run several tabs of youtube at the same time, and that is mostly just due to the low ram. Not really a problem with the book per say. Worth the money in my opinion.

I bought this item for my daughter who wanted a Chromebook for home use but didn’t know anything about them. I found a Google rep in the store who was very helpful and helped me with my selection. She was surprised and started using it right away Christmas morning!

Wife’s older Chromebook was showing it’s age so after looking at some Chromebook reviews, I decide on this model as being the most cost effective for how she uses her computer. This handles everything she does (e-mail, Facebook,google etc.) with no problem.

My wife is not a computer expert to say it mildly. She does like to get on Facebook and E-mail and also googles a lot. Based on this usage and her level of expertise theChromebook is a perfect choice. Safety is number one and this is the way for her to go.

Great for general use . I use it for browsing and email. Print from my wireless printer. The screen is a little small but you can zoom or enlarge . My third chromebook seems pretty tough. You can also tablet or tent its hinged . Touch screen and keyboard is a nice feature for the money.

It is so refreshing to use a Chromebook. Everything wrong about Apple and Windows laptops isn't about a Chromebook. It won't do everything but who cares. It does 99% of what I need and so much faster/cheaper/better. Good luck even finding an Apple touch laptop/convertable.

It is what it is. Need access to E Mail? then that's what you get.

This computer is solid, reliable and with the ability to switch to a tablet mode is very handy for those of us having vision issues.......p!us the whole array of apps are now aviable from the Google store because of the tablet mode...... A good deal

As long as you know what you're getting, this is a great little laptop. If you're wanting a powerful machine, or something to run programs, look elsewhere. But, if you just need something that will let you get online and do what you need to do - this is a great deal.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it. Fulfills all her needs. Also bought a second one for my wife. They both function very well. I had a little difficulty linking the printer to the computer. Great for anyone in the family.

My wife is computer allergic and is spoiled by her smartphone’s touchscreen, which is what attracted us to this model. It earned great reviews and the price was fantastic. A Chromebook is really all that a vast number of people need.
