Picked these up on a Pre-black Fri sale for my wife. Of course I opened them and listened before I gave them to her. These sounded better than the Bose in ear headphones I paid 3x the price for 2 years ago.

I bought this my two daughters, mainly to do their homework on. They use Chromebooks at school so they were familiar with the product. I wouldn't want this for my own personal computer, but it's perfect for it's intended purpose.

I got this one during Thanksgiving sale for $80 less! The product has been working good for me so far. It delivers what it promises and the fact that Play Store is available with this model(with little set up) makes it very handy.

A decent Chromebook if you plan to use it for web light web browsing only. Not very snappy. After opening 5-10 tabs and Spotify starts to feels laggy. Sound is loud and surprisingly good. Screen is responsive and color rich compared with other chromebooks. Not the best, not the worst. Plastic enclosure feels cheap. Overall not bad, but for the price (I paid $300) you can get a much better performance for a little more money.

Nice little computer has all the great functions but is definitely very slow it's like an old lady takes a while to get-up-and-get moving but when she does it works great

I changed from Windows to Chrome OS. Processing is limited but for me and my type of work it's perfect. Now I have all my files in Cloud (Google and Microsoft) and it's enough for me.

He did the research and presented me with this as his choice for a Christmas gift. He was delighted and finds it meets all his needs for school and home/personal. If he is happy, I am!

This Crome book worked out perfect for my daughters school work. Her iPad just didn’t have what she needed to finish tasks. It is affordable and worth every penny!

Bought as present for my daughter she likes it, works fine other than couldn't find a way to use Wi-Fi to print on our current printer not very user friendly interface in this area, nice computer otherwise.

Got this for my older son for Christmas and it was a smashing success. The touch-screen is very responsive and it has plenty of processing power for most things on the Chromebook.

With a little bit of research this item is great. It took a little bit to teach my 10-year-old but after she worked with it for a little bit it works perfect for her fifth grade homework

Only thing that could have been better is the ability to charge via USB. Tablet has gotten me through two semesters of college without issue.

My daughter loves this laptop. She watches a lot of videos and has a good processing speed. The only thing that I complain about is that it's really hard to print.

Metal portion of the hinge broke inside the casing, this area is not accessible from outside, there is no chance a customer can break this part on the inside, but Acer demanded $120.00 to fix this issue for a machine which is hardly 6 months old. My daughter's school gave her an HP chromebook which is working like a work horse with no problems.

Purchased for 8 year old son and it is perfect for him to use the internet to research, build his typing and computer skills and more importantly read his books online and do homework.

It's a chromebook. It does everything I could want and works with citrix. You can hook up an external monitor and have an extend desk top. Perfect for what I needed.

My 12 year old uses it for school and likes it. Only concern was it sometimes shuts off on its own after being open for a few seconds even with battery charged. Not sure why as I'm not familiar with chromebooks.

Chromebooks are great if you only go online. Just my 2 cents. Unfortunately I exchanged this for a Windows based laptop. Product worked as it was intended though.

I bought 2 of these for my twin teen granddaughters. It was picked out by their techie father. The only problem there has been with many hours of use is one of them updates more than one granddaughter likes.
