    I bought this at the starting of the week and it was delivered yesterday. It did not start and we could hear only sound but not display. I called Acer tech support . After some tries, they confirmed it was a defected peice. I ordered one more because this has good reviews.

    This is a very inexpensive notebook but overall pretty underwhelming. I have a MacBook Pro and it was on it's last leg so I thought I would get a Chromebook because it was cheap, light, and I liked the idea of a 2-in-1 device. After having it for about a week I ended up returning it. Not because it broke or anything but I just liked my Mac better. After having my MacBook for about 5 years the Chromebook just felt "cheap" and wasn't an overall great experience. I ended up using the money I saved to buy the chromebook and upgraded my MacBook with a 500GB SSD and 8 GB RAM. It's now operating like new and is super fast!

    You can’t do to much with this product. Only buy if you want to use it for Facebook YouTube and researching for school. If you want more than that you might as well spend a little more on a laptop

Chromebooks are different from standard laptop products in that they are designed to be used primarily while connected to the Internet, with most applications and documents living in the cloud. Because of this they don’t have much for on board storage but they also are not expensive either. If you need to use third party software applications that must be installed on the computer, a Chromebook is likely not for you, where a Windows laptop would suit you better.
