This is one of the best value chrome books available out there. It doubles as a tablet, responsive to touch, smooth videos, fast internet, and right size.

This laptop was inexpensive yet does everything those more expensive ones do. Great for a beginner

Bought this for my first grader for her first computer since she already uses Chromebooks in school. She likes that it's both a tablet and a computer.

We got this for our young (9&11) girls as they use these at school. Great display and sound. Easy to use and worth the upgrade to touchscreen. Most common apps are easy to get/use. Only downside is the girls are not old enough to have their own gmail accounts to use the chrome book. Frustrating but has less to do with the performance of the laptop than google policy.

I am enjoying this purchase. I needed to replace my laptop and decided to buy the Chromebook. I am very pleased with this; very fast and I really appreciate the touch screen. It has performed very well, no problems at all.

I bought this for my granddaughter. She absolutely loves it. The white is pretty. Also it has a touch screen and she loves that too. She uses this for school. She is in grade 2 and finds this chrome book very easy to use. Was a great purchase.

Wanted to keep my 10th grader off my Mac. Does everything she needs & very reasonably priced

Our son is in 6th grade and this is his first computer. All his school homework is done in google docs so this was a perfect companion for him and his school work. It is more than capable of doing what he needs it to do and we won't be broke if he loses it or damages it beyond repair. So far he has been taking excellent care of it.

This is my first chrome book and I'm in love!!! It's so cute and chic, and perfect for everyday use. I couldn't even wait for the home delivery, so I decided to pick it up in store. The size is perfect and it's very lightweight. Great product I will definitely recommend.

Love this Chromebook, it's a nice upgrade from my laptop which would always take forever to boot up and be usable. I'm not a big fan of the color, but it's all they had. There's one problem I have with this unit and while it's relatively minor, it's ridiculous enough to be downright offensive, which is why I took off one star for it. That problem is the AC adapter/charger...the plug that fits into the laptop is a right angle, rather than every other corded plug on the planet, which comes straight out inline with the rest of the cord.

The Acer Chromebook is easy to set up and use and the folding screen that converts the Chromebook into a tablet is terrific. In tablet mode, it has an electronic keyboard that saves the user the headache of having to type words one letter at a time. Battery lasts a long time.

Great price for a very nice tablet. With the keyboard or on the screen with your finger.

Purchased this for a “spouse appreciation day” gift for my wife so she could have something very small and lightweight for trips and such. Chrome books aren’t designed for power users but for just simple web browsing, chrome web apps, and emails they are great!

For my needs at home. Such a wealth of all interests. I'm so very happy I purchased it.

I was looking for a Chromebook with a touch screen. This one has worked great. I haven't noticed any issues switching between the mouse pad and the touch screen and I like the fact that I have several alternative ways to set it up for use. So far I have been very happy with this Chromebook.

I love the touchscreen. It’s a great added feature to an entry level cromebook laptop.

I only need a netbook for what I do so it was time to replace the old one. The new Acer has a touch screen that I have never had before and it's great. You can also fold the screen back to make a tablet or to have it stand up for you. It's so much fun to use.

I got this for my 12 year old daughter. She uses it to write, and watch Netflix and YouTube. She likes the touchscreen and the ability to fold it into different positions for different activities. I think the battery life is good as she has never complained about it.

Did not want a laptop or tablet -- like Google so checked out Chromebook. Bought it. Found elsewhere cheaper. Best Buy matched price as is their policy if found within a certain time after purchase. Negative: no instruction manual. Bought a mouse as am not good using without it. Learning how to use. Happy with purchase,
