I absolutely loved everything about this laptop, but I wasn't aware that there would be an issue with running certain programs associated with school. I was disappointed to have to return it for another laptop. This was the perfect size, loved the look, easy to figure out.

I have recommended this laptop to all my friends and family. I love how affordable it is and how perfect it is. I believe it is perfect for a college student on a budget.

This was purchased as a gift from my son, and for an entry level computer it is exactly what he needed. For a power user it is a little slow, but it has so many features and touch screen that its ideal and much cheaper than an iPad!

Went in to look for an entry level laptop. Best buy representative suggested this chrome book and explained the functionalities. Of the few laptops/books, this one seemed reasonable for features and price. It is working fine so far.

Bought this for my daughter. The software will take some getting used to but she liked the touch screen and how compact it is. Perfect for daily use at school.

We bought this for my sixth-grade son so he could log into his school account and do homework on the same type of device used at school. It has proven to be a great purchase. He thoroughly enjoys the Chromebook, and uses it for much more than just school work.

Nice all around good size and the flip to touch is just what todays kids are going for, well built to grow with the 7 yr old grandson for the next few years

First of all, I received this Chromebook as a gift for Christmas. It wasn't even on my Christmas list. But I really love it. I can use it as a notebook or a tablet. The materials used are very sturdy; the cover is some kind of durable, tight plastic. The keyboard's feel is very good. The screen doesn't go all the way to the edges so you always have a border around your content. And, it's not the best resolution, but it is very nice for the price. It's also not the most responsive machine that I've used. The size is really nice. You're quickly automatically back where you ended the last time you used it. The biggest question is if I would do it all over again. I'd have to say, "Yes!" I really like the Chromebook when you factor into the equation the price.

We purchased this computer for our 11 year old son to use in Middle School. Very happy with the system, speed, durability and price. Recommend that you purchase the extended warranty if, like us, it's used by a young person.

It’s a fast machine and fully capable. Love how it can be used as a laptop and touchscreen and can fold into a tablet. Learning to navigate the chrome software is a bit difficult. But the product itself is good.

I love the benefit of a laptop that can have a screen that rotates 180 degrees. The Acer laptop also is fast, easy to use, and flexible in use.
