Touch screen is a big plus, good battery life, would recommend

I really enjoy my laptop. I liked to read like a table and use as a laptop for school. Easy to use no issues with connectivity.

My son's school required a Chromebook for 5th grade. We've only tested it a bit, but it's light to carry to and from school. The exterior is plastic, but we're ordering a separate cover to give it some more protection. Load up time is quick and graphics are decent. Would definitely recommend. Several others from our school also bought one.

Purchased for my 5 year old grandson. He will be starting kindergarten this year. Our elementary schools use chrome books. This one has a touch screen. He already is use to an iPad so touch screen was easy. Now he is beginning ,to learn to use a key board and mouse.

Loud sound, like the transformation from laptop to tablet. Good for doing schoolwork

I have really enjoyed my chrome book and the sales person was very helpful in assisting me with right purchases for me.

I love this Chromebook as it now accepts most of the android apps. I can even download Netflix movies to be seen later.

This chromebook performs as expected, we have all Apple computers at home but my 10 year old son uses chromebook at school so we decided to buy one, while it does not compare to his Macbook Air, it performs well for the purpose we bought it for and he is able to not be "behind" with the technology his school uses.

This is a basic ChromeBook, and I suppose you get what you paid for. My only complaint is the trackpad is not as responsive as I would like. Attended Geek Squad set-up and Best Buy Geek swiped his finger across and said "I can not help you, it works for me", even though he had just seconds before watched as the trackpad ignored my finger. Have been unable to find if you can adjust the sensitivity. Not sure if it's the trackpad or a lazy Geek, or both. Highly recommend you test the trackpad for yourself BEFORE buying.

We bought the ACER for our granddaughter for her tenth birthday. She has been using it for information as well as games since she received it. Loves it. Actually wrote a note to thank us--no texting or e-mail. Now her brother who has an IPAD wants one. In conclusion-we are more than happy and satisfied with the ACER.

I just purchased this for my mother-in-law to replace her large, bulky, outdated laptop. Needless to say, she LOVES it. It is small and compact and lightweight for her. Perfect for someone who just want to surf, shop, read email and listen to music from YouTube. I am actually thinking of purchasing one for myself.

Nice, light weight, good battery life. Just wish it was not white since it is a hand held device.

I needed something quick and that would help a teenager complete some work for school I walked right into Best Buy saw this and thought this would be perfect, the price was great , The teenager I gave this to was grateful and got everything they needed done and uses it more then I expected

We got this because our young daughter has shown an interest in computers. She starts school soon so we got it for her to play games, watch movies, and use for educational things. So far it's worked great. It's a little light on capabilities, but that's really why we got it in the first place. She won't be using that much and we didn't want to overload her. As a first computer for someone who isn't used to computers or doesn't do a lot with theirs it is perfect..

The product is great and I have now used a good deal of the free storage from GOOGLE!!! I recommend this to everyone!

My daughter bought herself one on Black Friday 2017, I observed her utilizing it for her schoolwork. She was folding it and I was surprised that it had the capability to fold back, the touchscreen made it even better for me....as a college student I had to buy it for myself which I did. No regrets or complaints.

Bought this for my teenager, who uses it mostly to do school assignments via Google Docs. Works great. Recommended.
