Purchased this for my 9 year old son who kept asking for a computer. He primary uses it for game playing but he also uses it to look up things and watch his movies/shows. Great screen resolution and he loves that it is touch screen so he can just reach out and use the screen which he is used to from operating an IPad.

Bought for my daughter age 11. She is able to do homework, watch videos, play games and much cheaper than an iPad.

We have two of these now, one for each child. They are user friendly, well built and my kids love that they each have their own and Mom is happy they didn’t break the bank.

I get this laptop for my 13 years old son just for homework and research, no very fast but is good enough for him.

Purchased this laptop for my daughter's school use. As a chrome book it turned out that not all the programs she needed could be downloaded. The size, touch screen and usability were otherwise great but unfortunately it had to be exchanged. Until the companies decide to work together for the sake of consumers this will be a problem.

Very good for the daily use. The screen is kind of small but it gives good portability. Battery charge last long but it is short life... I will have to replace it soon... it was already replaced once by Acer. Over all, Chromebooks are really the way to go for my daily use.

After having difficulties locating the right chromebook for my son this one finally fit his needs for school. He is able to connect and use at school and at home.

I bought this chromebook after reading reviews online about it's ability to work well in both Chrome OS and Android and I have been very impressed. The chromebook performs well and is able to run linux very well to which has been an added bonus. This has become my daily driver and is able to perform well in almost any task.

I've used this for work and homework and leisure. It's great on videos. It's a great all-around computer.

I bought this for myself thinking of using it for light web surfing, yet it's been mostly used by the kids to do homework and watch videos on youtube. The newtwork speed is awesome (using 5Ghz band) and the battery life was (and it still is) superb.

Bought this to do short presentations, emails, and general web browsing. Love that the exterior is like a hard case and love the gorilla glass! Super durable, battery life is average, and has HDMI input. Lightweight, which was ANOTHER feature I was looking for! Great buy at a great price!

This is a great laptop especially for the price. Plus it has access to the Google store so it really works like a tablet too. It has great usability and a good battery life. I’m used to a PC so it took a little while to get used to the Chrome OS and basically everything in the cloud, but it’s pretty intuitive and has made start doing everything in the cloud, even things from my PC.

great for my needs, portable, email, social media, reading, watching. not for gaming or significant database work.

overall this computer is good for basic streaming of the internet and netflix. the only thing that was and still is confusing is getting this computer to connect to my printer. too many steps to take just to print. i’m still using my phone to print. also, if your an avid iphone user then my suggestion is spend the money on a mac. chrome is so confusing as i’m an avid iphone user.

I stopped using my laptop a while back. Wanted something simple without all of the security charges.

This is a replacement for a four year old Chromebook that finally gave up the ghost after daily use. All the bookmarks and setting were save 'in the cloud' and I could get right back to work. Much less fussy than using a Windows PC and much more portable at an excellent price.
