Great computer for the price and capabilities. I bough this solely for school work and it has not let me down yet. You can download anything on the Android market app wise. The only down side is that you need internet to access 90% of important functions. All in all a great computer.

This Chromebook was a great price and has a lot going for it: decent build quality, access to Android apps, nice convertable form factor. But the weak precessor just can't handle much more than basic Chromebooking... video streaming, basic games, a few tabs of web browsing. It's not quite powerful enough to really take advantage of the Play Store. I returned it and purchased the Asus C302CA (Core m3, 4gb). That one has just enough power to get the job done.

I have had one of the original Samsung Chromebooks for many years, and I use a Chrome Box quite often, so I was familiar with Chromebooks. But my Samsung, while it sill works, didn't seem to be able to do all I wanted it to. When I saw this one, I jumped. I had been holding out for true 1920X1080 resolution, but that was going to cost way too much. After getting this one, I don't miss that resolution. The screen is bright, and excellent--way better than my old Samsung. But I didn't realize how much I would love the fold-it-back and make a tablet out of it aspect. Or I didn't realize how much a difference it would make to run Android apps. But those two things combined make this excellent. Sure I can use twitter in a browser, but it's so much better as an Android app. And that goes for a number of other apps as well. I use it ALL THE TIME, way more than I thought it would. Both as a computer and as a very large tablet. Great product.

We bought this for my mom, shes in her 80's, still independent and she can whip around it easily. She pays her bills online with it, social media, etc and its ease of use was the selling point. Im also told it cannot get a virus, so we will see on that. Great computer for the price!

Great for school work, just need to figure out how to connect to printer.

My daughter was looking for an inexpensive device for watching netflix and surfing the internet while traveling in Europe and this fit the bill

One has only had this device only a week, so that is why a 4 Star is only given. It is very light and convenient, with a supposedly aluminum shell. Some of the best things for me is not having to worry about viruses too much, if at all according to literature. Having 4GB of memory is good and also 32GB of storage. The 2 different Ratings of USB should be useful, as well.

After a lot of debate, I purchased this computer to supplement my large desktop I use for work. This Chromebook has some limitations compared to a regular computer but it is perfect for what I need. It's fast, portable, easy to use as a computer or tablet. Just what I wanted.

This laptop is a nifty piece of technology. It works as a laptop or a tablet. Easy to tote to the library where I can get my writing done. The Chrome operating system has all the power and speed I need. I also like the touchscreen capability. Would recommend to all.

I really like this chrome. The white seems to be ok and not getting super dirty. It is annoying weird that it just turns on when you open it.

I bought this for my 11-year-old daughter as a Christmas present and she is loving it.

We purchased these for our kids for Christmas. They love the touchscreen capabilities and how the screen folds all the way back so they can use it like a tablet. They use chrome books at school and now they can use them at home to complete homework and projects.

Daughter was using her iphone for all her online things, but now thanks to her new acer chromebook she has a much better experience. Only uses her iphone now for calls so her battery lasts longer. My wife has the same chromebook and loves it very much as well.

I bought this laptop for my daughter for Christmas. She provided several choices, but I did my research and found this. She was elated! It has all the "bells and whistles." It really is a top of the line computer for a more than reasonable price. Excellent!!
