purchased on advice of geek squad rep who steered us right. touchscreen is sensitive...takes a bit of getting used to. built-in security is a plus.

This chromebook is absolutely worth the money spent. As a student this laptop doesn't disappoint on performing daily tasks like online assignments, watching videos, creating power points, and writing essays. Please don't expect this laptop to run games smoothly. For it doesn't have the tech to keep up with games requiring high performance. Nor are the video resolutions very good. Don't expect full hd videos without a pixel in sight. I do see chunky pixels in videos containing dark frames. Overall as a student I'm very happy for my purchase.

Bought this for my sister for Christmas. She loves it! Great for her, especially as she is a school teacher, and the students use Chromebooks.

Thought I would try a crome book and I really like how easy it is to use, also love the feature that allows it to fold over and become a tablet

If the Chromebook had a decent spell check, that worked in all of the on line application I use, it would be a lot better product. I even tried to add an on line application for spell check that was on the Chrome site, and that sucks too! Otherwise it is pretty easy to figure out, though you will have to rely on google to ask questions, as the help system sucks too! You would think the answer company would have the answers, but you have to search for outside sources to find out almost everything. The screen is ok, until you get it in even reflected bright light, then it is very difficult to read, so that is Acer’s fault. I do like the convince of the thin design and lightweight platform. Over all it is better than ok!

This is amazing for use with kids homework, documents, internet, apps, printer synced wirelessly with no effort at all. Easy to use and set up.

The chromebbok has been great as a student tool...I'd highly recommend going with the touchscreen option if selecting a Chromebook for student use

I really like the ease of use and the quick start up the most. I use alot of google products so getting into this was very easy and seamless.

This tablet was recommended by the school because it's the type they issue to the kids. Couldn't be happier with the choice. Very affordable.

This book is slim, easy to open and twist into positions. Very Bright and crisp display. Great battery life; getting 10 plus hours on a full charge

The laptop is alright. Given that it is a Chromebook and not an actual laptop my thoughts on it are Okay. it's good for school use (high school and under) but you would need a better laptop for college.

Currently using while traveling in India. reading email and internet seem fine to me. Great monitor, fairly light.Really no negatives so far

I'm 81 and this is my first laptop. I chose the Chromebook because I prefer the easy-to-use Google operating system. Great choice for me.

My son's android tablet needed replaced and he kept saying he wanted a laptop too. I decided to try a Chromebook since they can now use apps from the Google Play store. The learning curve was very low and we've had no issues with the hardware or software. Between the Chrome web browser and Google apps he can do everything he needs and has plenty of gaming options too.

Ive been using this for 2 years now and it still works great. I use it everyday and it is just awesome

Works great for my younger daughter. She likes being able to use the keyboard or the touch screen.

Needed a low cost chromebook for a kindergarten and 3rd grader with a touch screen. Recommended by the sales associate and the kids love it.
