I literally unpacked this Chromebook and within the first few minutes of using it, realized that it was detective. The design is very sleek and I especially purchased this model because of the reversible way that it was marketed. With that being said, the options between flip and laptop made are the highlights of the device. The processor is very slow. The most important thing is that I could not enjoy the Chrome because of the touchpad, it was inoperable since day one. Returned it and purchased the HP Chrome. I'm really happy I made the choice to change because after 15 days, you may be stuck with it.

The Acer chrome book works great no problems . The Google home mini is very helpful and works like a dream .

Bought for my 16 year old granddaughter to be able to take to school easily. Works perfectly for this purpose.

I purchased this so that I could download movies and watch it while traveling. I found I can not download movies at the best resolution because later when I watch the downloaded movie it pauses while the Chromebook reads the drive. I download the movies at a lower resolution and there is no pausing. I can not tell the difference in picture quality. I also use it to pop on the internet to look stuff up or to make a purchase when I don't feel like waiting for my laptop to boot. Overall it is good for what I purchased it for. I showed it to my co-worker and it was too slow for him.

for only $300 bucks this laptop is great! consider it for students, mom/dad or first timers with a laptop.
