My son has enjoyed this laptop so far. It's light and easy for him to carry around to his classes.

I bought this laptop for my daughter's online classes. So far she hasn't had any complaints.

My tenth grader said this is great for school!!!!!

Great computer but you can only use for online things. Its fats and i have had no problem with it.

I mainly bought this Chromebook for school. Instead of getting actual printed books we get PDF's. They're a pain to read on a regular laptop since you don't see the whole page at once. With this Chromebook you can open the PDF in tablet mode and have the whole page displayed. It's almost like have a printed page.

Great item for travelling. Very fast and efficient.

Unit is good for kids, build quality not to great but not expecting much more for the price, would like better parental controls.

This was a great buy for kids. Very easy to set up. And easy for them to surf around with.

This Chrome book works perfectly for what my daughter needs and it did not break the bank.

new to me touch screen liked it. Have some glitches but I think I was most of the problem. going on a few years then dropped pop on it and lost volume so neet to replace it was good for me and what I needed retired old lady that doesn't know that much about laptops :)

Love this little guy. He can do things the big boys can, and more. Don't expect to get a work horse or a gaming machine, and you won't be disappointed! It surfs the web, plays music and videos, and even handles Android apps (still in beta) fine with a majority of existing apps. I bought two and love these things!

I bought this for my son to do his school work. He loves it especially the touch screen

Wanted a compact computer to use on the go and when seated. Got good help and information from Best Buy salesperson. Was also happy when I found the Chromebook elsewhere for a lower price and Best Buy matched it giving me credit on my purchase. Am not a computer guru so am still trying to figure out how it works but I know I will get there. If need be, I can attend a class that the Geek Squad gives at Best Buy.

Let me start off by stating that this is compared to other chromebooks, by the very nature, it is a limited product. However, with that being said it does what it is supposed to, easy to use keyboard and good looking screen, convertible feature is nice, especially at this price point. However, my biggest gripe is that I can't set time limits, or access hours, for that reason I have deducted 2 stars, this is for my children, and while it is a powerful education tool, it also allows for endless hours watching youtubers endanger their lives or looking up baby memes. I have to enforce limits myself and take away the screen. The Mac handles all of this automatically, but I can't afford 1k for it to get lost at school. I would give this 5 stars if parental controls become useful an viable. However, I don't think google really cares about screen addiction, and would probably they be addicted, so I hihgly doubt this will happen unless more parents demand technology companies help us prevent addiction from happening in the first place. The big tech companies are much different than big tobacco companies, they want you and your children addicted.

Bought a Chromebook for my granddaughter so she would do her schoolwork. She loves it!

I came into the store looking for a small laptop that I could use to stream Netflix and DirecTV on. The Chromebook is not compatible with a lot of software so I would do your research before buying this as it is not compatible with DirecTV and it also is not compatible with the gogo Entertainment app on your airline flight.

Perfect size for personal use but I wish there was a button for page up and page down.
