For the price I wasn't expecting the world... I have been a MAC user for years, and needed a cheaper computer that was compatible with some things I needed for coaching One difference is the mouse pad.. the direction to use it is opposite from a Mac.. oh well, just some getting use to. I have not done much with it yet besides the general stuff, but has suited my needs thus far.

We bought this a month ago due to the limited selection on white laptops. So far it’s great nothing wrong and works perfectly for video streaming and it was even cheaper than advertised at the register. Great deal and quality compared to the Lenovo’s we previously had.

We were disappointed in the machine, as we chose it as a low cost laptop replacement. Wouldn’t do it again.

Great chromebook. Only disappointment: it is being sold as a bundle package with Outlook. When trying to upload you find out it's not comparable unless you get Windows. Online & in store with Geek Squad said it could be done without Windows. However it didn't work. I did get a refund for Outlook wish I knew this info before purchasing & several trips to the store.

I broke my tablet and thought a combo tablet chromebook was a good next step. I liked my tablet better

I purchased the notebook for my daughter and learned that it was defective and when I returned it it was not replaced with a new one but was sent to be repaired. So I'm not happy buying something that was defective from the door and can't get a brand new notebook. So best buy won't be my first choice when it comes to electronics anymore. Not happy at all with the product I paid for.

Love this laptop! Completes my Android and Tablet combo as all the Google accounts link together. Screen and keyboard are very user friendly and access to apps is very streamlined. Visual on screen is also good for review of items that need tovia non mobile formatting.

The Acer chromebook r 11 is a solid device for an outstanding price. Unfortunately a lot of the items and applications that you may be use to using will not always work with the chrome OS. That's more about older systems than the newer one pushed here. So, this isn't a laptop replacement exactly but it is a great value for a great device. If it's what you need.

It works fine. Purchased as a replacement for an old Netbook that could no longer be updated. Initially I was looking for a tablet, but decided the convenience of the keyboard would be nice. The touchpad seems a bit to sensitive for me, but I'll get used to it.

It works well so far, haven't encountered any problems with it

I've had difficulties wth my laptop but we'll see if the new one works better and don't catch fire

son likes the computer very much. would recommend for students

This is a basic laptop with no frills. Is great with all the google apps. The chance of viruses is minimal on the chromecast. has touch screen which is also good. The mouse is a little difficult when you need to select or click...a little old style in this modern world.

Laptop was worth the money paid. Works well, no issues as of yet.

I gave it as a gift to my daughter. She seems to be enjoying it.

Great starter computer for my son who is in middle school. The only issue I had with it was that the charger broke and it was 30 days past the warranty so I had to buy a universal cord to replace. Best Buy asked me to contact the manuf. about the charger but I did not because Geek Squad didn’t think it would be covered under the warranty.

This Acer Chromebook has been everything I have looked for so far. It starts up very fast and is very responsive to internet sites. I have used basic programs so far and will be looking to download some app programs soon to see if they are quality programs soon.
