I was intending to purchase a newer version of my current computer and selected one. When I got to the point of purchase, a Geek Squad member asked me how I use my computer and recommended the Chrome book. I have been happy with my decision.

I purchased this after reading many online reviews. It does everything I need although from time to time there's lag with the movement of the cursor. Might try rebooting to see if this helps free up things. Overall very happy with purchase.

Computer worked well for my daughter, however the only downside was it was out of the protection plan and the screen cracked. Due to it being a low cost computer the screen replacement was almost as much as a new chrombook...

I love my chrome book. I bought it on sale and ordered it on line for store pick-up. Went to the La mesa store and it was ready and have had no problems since.

We got this laptop for my 10 year old daughter for Christmas. It is perfect for her! It's small but sturdy and can do everything she needs it for. Highly recommend!

Bought it for my wife and she really enjoys it. Totally synced up everything from her work to be able to work more efficiently at home. Highly recommend this product.

Needed a simple Chromebook for my daughter for simple school projects through Google classroom. We have enough technology at home but wanted something simple to take to school.

Only downfall is the battery life, just don't ever forget to recharge it. I had it off the charger for a day and a half only after using it initially for an hour and it was dead when I tried to use it the following day .

Good laptop for those who are needing one to just get by, only down fall is there’s no windows applications and you cannot download windows applications

Compact, light weight, nice white color, memory and speed made this laptop a good choice for my grandson's daily studies and to bring back and forth from school.

This is very functional and fast. Great as a tablet or a computer. The screen is ok but its good for the price and awesome for kids of all ages. Durable.

I love the size but I hate the fact that you only have google docs and it was more difficult for me to transfer the files and edit them. But I love the speed is the computer.

Thought this would be good for travel instead of my larger laptop. This is definitely not a laptop and doesn't have the capabilities of a regular laptop. It is okay for internet access and email. I will be doing some picture processing on it and so far the testing has gone okay on this. File system is not intuitive. Apps just don't seem to work as well as true PC applications. I purchased a blue tooth mouse for it - and you have to reconnect it (which takes several minutes) after each time you turn off the Chromebook. There are also times when the screen just disappears and goes blank for a minute or two.

amazing! I use it all the time! touch screen in responsive and takes the pain out of the touch mouse pad. i use it everyday and its never failed!

Great for travel. Good for checking email or internet. Also, has a good sound quality for playing music from the cloud. It was a good purchase for me.

I bought two of these for my kids to use - they use Chromebooks at school as well. They are great for schoolwork as well as watching movies, etc.
