Needed a small speedy chrome book to chart quickly and efficiently. Works well, touch screen hasn’t given any issues.

Great addition. Replaced an older Chrome Book which was much larger and heavier. This one travels to school everyday on it's nightly charge. The flip/touch screen is great upgrade.

Easy to use and maneuver around with, this laptop does it's thing. Bought it for my 16 year old to use. He is able to get onto the school's website and download and/or view the work that he needs. He is able to use Google Docs and Classroom with ease. The touchscreen is not overly sensitive and the keyboard is quiet. What is not cool is not app user friendly, yet. Some apps he is not able to use and some he is not. Overall a good purchase for its intended use.

This was purchased for my kid who’s 11. They use chrome books in school and I figured it would be a good purchase. I think it’s great . But beware of hooking up a wi-fi printer . That is a hassle and I may look into a google cloud printer . Overall , it was a great purchase.

Bought this Chromebook for my daughter who needed an affordable laptop for light use. This has been exactly that. We have had no performance issues with it and it does exactly what we needed it to. She can surf and stream movies in the evening and it is capable of light word processing for her homeschool during the day. Very pleased with it,

I bought this Chromebook at least a month before Hurricane Maria and it has being working like a charm. I use my phone as a Hotspot and download movies to watch. The Touch Screen its marvelous, and the performance its incredible. The one flaw its the battery life, it doesn't last like my other Chromebooks, but it's something I can live with.

Lightweight, easy to set up and use, like the touch screen

Starts fast, operates fast and is light and portable. As long as you do not intend to store a ton of pics/ videos then this is a great purchase. I use it for work and play (Netflix) and have been very happy with it.

We purchased the Acer R-11 Chromebook for our 12 year old daughter to use for homeschooling. We are very pleased with the easy set up and user friendly navigation. She and myself have been using several apps and have been super pleased with how well this device has worked for us. The touchscreen feature is amazing and at the price point, we felt like this was a good deal for our family. We have older PC laptops, however this is our first Chromebook. We have been so impressed with this product that we are preparing to purchase another Acer R-11 for our 9 year old daughter as well. Also, we purchased online for local pick-up and our local store's customer service was friendly and the process was a breeze.

Bought this for the first for my daughter and she loves it. It's fast and the touchscreen feature is great. The battery life about 8 hours and yes it does lasts that long or longer. I highflying reccomend it.

I purchased this product as an early 5th-grade graduation gift for my son because more and more of his homework assignments are online. He really loves it. I'm even thinking about getting one for myself as it is small, light and easy to carry compared to my HP Notebook.

I bought to use in Sunday school, paired with a projecter that only had a VGA input. With the right conversion cable this worked great. Easy to set up/configure and we were running in minutes. The touch screen was very responsive and the keyboard was not too small. Even the sound was good enough for a small room. For the price this was very good buy and I will likely buy another for another classroom setting.

I bought this chromebook a few weeks ago. I needed something for my 3 high school aged kids to do homework on. It has been perfect. They love the touchscreen and that it flips to use as a tablet. I bought one for them to share, but I'm considering buying more for Christmas. I love the parental controls too.

We bought this laptop as a birthday present for our 8 year old grandson. He absolutely loves it. It is easy to use(he practically set it up himself!), lightweight, and durable. Great purchase!

With the kids using chromebooks at school (RIP schoolbooks) and a little parental settings, they have the information highway at their fingertips. These chromebooks have speed and power to suffice what the kids need them for . No regrets on my part (judging on the kids thanking me for buying them)

This was a Christmas purchase for my daughter. We brought the Gorilla Glass model. She has dropped it twice with no damage. So far it has worked flawlessly. It's speedy and easy to use.

Bought this for my 10 year old who loves this laptop. It's a reasonable price for under $200, has a touch screen and an ok battery life. Very little hard drive so can't put any programs on it, but good for internet and light word processing work.

This Chromebook covers all of the essentials with a decent processor, 4GB of RAM, and 32GB of storage. It is great for getting on the web or editing documents. I use it when I don't want to take my main laptop to classes. The battery life is great at over 6hrs minimum and usually towards 8hrs. The bonus is that the touch screen and tablet mode make it a good Android tablet since the Play Store can be activated. It can run about 2/3 of the apps on the Play Store now and is only getting better. I would recommend this when it's on sale and so far, 2 friends have bought them too. Be aware of a couple downsides though. The device is still very much plastic with a so so build quality. The screen has lightbleed and is not too sharp, but the viewing angles are still alright. Finally, there are bugs in the OS, usually after waking the device a few times.

We purchased this Chromebook for middle school use and it has been up to the task. Our child's school uses google docs and other online fools that work just fine with the Chromebook. A plus is that it can be folded and used like a tablet. The keyboard is a bit small but adequate for small hands. Battery life has not been an issue - using at school and then still has a charge when home.
