I purchased this Chromebook back in September for my sons birthday and now it only functions while plugged in and won't hold a charge. It stays at 1% and I have tried to reset it twice but still nothing. I will have to reach out to Acer which really sucks because I just sent my daughters Acer Chromebook (different model, 1 year old) back last week due to multiple keys not working.
