Less than 3 months old, will not charge
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this Chromebook less than 3 months ago for my son to use for his homework. As of yesterday, it will not charge. I now have to package it myself and pay to ship it to Texas for repair. Not to mention my son will be without something to use for homework for who knows how long. This is crazy for a product that is so new. Unhappy customer.

Battery stopped charging after only 4 months
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Battery stopped charging after only 4 months. Will revisit rating after seeing how well Acer responds and the end results. Although being told it could take 2 to 3 weeks to fix I don't see much improvement
