    The glass screen is so much better. Color is awesome. Computer works fast and came with a nice case.

    I bought this computer refurbished for my 10 year old daughter...it came with a stylus which is normally $45 extra and OMG , the things she can create on her laptop is amazing. (oh, she does do her homework on it too!) Quite a little machine!

    I purchased this laptop after reading a review about it in PC Magazine where it was listed as one of the best budget laptops for 2019. The refurbished one I bought looked brand new. It is serving its purpose!

    It gets a good rating because it functions properly - except for the display screen which troubleshooting isn't fixing. The touch function is far too sensitive. The adjustments I've been told to try to make don't work. Overall good, not great

    I purchased 3 of these Chromebooks for my kids to do school work. It took time to get past set up for all 3 and Google Classroom for under age 13, but works well. The kids play Roblox and watch Netflix on them as well. They seem to hold up great to the constant opening and closing.

    Laptop for my 5th grader to use while being quarantined at home. Highly recommend Geek Squad protection plan any case your child breaks it, drops it, etc
