We bought this so that my son would have access to school work during Covid. He uses it every day and we have not had a problem with it yet. We love it so much we purchased one for my mother in law

I love this laptop. I am not sure what more I need to say honestly but I think it is the best chromebook. The 2-in-1 feature is seamless and hinge works great. It is a solid functioning laptop and my sister has had no trouble doing her school work on it.

I bought this for my wife to replace her very old Acer C720P from 2014 (first Acer chromebook with a touchscreen). It still works and we gave it to my daughter for school. You have to remember that you get what you pay for. This budget chromebook has a heavy plastic feel, and it's case is slippery with a hard to open lid. She almost dropped it when grabbing it off the desk today. It loads realtively slowly and she had trouble turning it on this morning. My daughter did something to make it boot. But most importantly, the top of the screen where you press the end of the opened tabs to close them, the close boxes (x), are unresponsive. We have 3 other chromebooks in the house and non have this problem. I increased the size of here screen so the tabs are bigger, but if it give her eventhe slightest problem tomorrow I'll just return it and get her a Samsung Plus V2. I have the V1 and absolutely love it. Again, you get what you pay for. On a side note, I bought my mother a 15" screen Acer chromebook last July and I noticed a lot of jittery screen flicker. Maybe Acer's quality has gone downward.

I’ve had this for about a year now and the chromebook works great! the constant updates are amazing too since some new features are constantly being added and improved. like it now has a built in screen record (with audio) option!!

We use this Chromebook at work so that our residents and their family members can communicate during this pandemic. It's worked out really well. The picture and sound are great for what we need.

Takes getting use to navigating as have been a Window user for 40 some years. Lite to carry around and awesome battery life. Screen colors vivid. Will finish reading owners manual and see what happens. Nifty piece of equipment.

Bought this for my son for Christmas this last year, he loves the thing works great only issue I've had is the charging port died on it after 4 months but support replaced it when I mailed it in pretty quickly

It’s a good laptop if you only want to do limited things. Like email, Resume Builder and searching. It is a good starter. I would like one that has more memory. This one works with our WIFI.

I really loved this and got two—one for each of my kids. Unfortunately after just under a year, the hinge came apart (like others have said). Best Buy repaired this, but now, just two months later, it just stopped working. We’ve only had it a year. The other one is still working fine, no issues. Maybe this one is a dud? I expected more from Acer, as I have another larger Chromebook from them that I’ve used for work for years.

The price was right at the time. But the left hinge was broken within the year and couldnt open and close it at all.

I have an 13 year old desk top for when i use to game online, but it is slow and giving us trouble. So i bought the Acer chromebook to do my banking on line . Love it , it works great.

Overall, I am happy with this purchase. The computer works well, however, I am not fond of the keyboard. I feel like there is some lag time before the words appear on the screen.

It has enough power but as a chrome book it’s limited in what it can do. Not able to play Microsoft games on it or access other required apps. Will return for a different system.

This chrome book is fantastic!!! I would recommend it for both younger and older kids! It is affordable and it gets homeworks or any other using done, just like any computer.

Bought this due to my daughter doing online classes due to COVID 19. It's great!! Love how it syncs with her phone. I will be buying another soon for myself. Great value!!

I had problems with this chromebook and as soon as I finished the warranty it didn't work anymore. It's a good brand, I just had bad luck. I need to buy another one.

bBought this for our child to use for school online and keeping touch with family. For the price you can't beat it. Slow to respond sometimes but otherwise good computer.

I have no complaints with this. Chrome OS is limited as advertised, but if you know what that means you won't be disappointed.

Bought this for my daughter for her birthday for school. She is happy with it and works just fine. She likes that you can flip the screen and use it as a tablet as well.
