    Overall good product but after about 10 months, the battery does not hold a charge very well and the mouse pad stopped working. Not sure if it is still under warranty or not. I will check and lets hope their customer service is seamless.

    This worked well for my kid to do his school work on last spring and fall until the cover behind the screen started to detach. Duct-taped together it still was operational but fixing it would have cost more than the chromebook itself.

    Not as easy as portrayed by the sales people to navigate. Need more opportunities for instruction . Everyone is not as well versed as the younger population , need to reach out to the older population for more in depth instruction possibilities.

    I Purchased this app as an alternative to buying a new iPad. Not sure I’m keeping it at this point. It does fold very nicely but there are some dark spots and white spots when you are using the tablet. This is aor children in grade school

    Only wanted something to search the web and transfer pictures from my phone to flash drive. Worked once. Had to buy the dual flash drive that plugs into you'r phone to transfer. Overall it's a nice little laptop/tablet.

    Great laptop for kids but just make sure you understand the limits of a chrome book overall before deciding between it and a regular laptop.
