He is in lower elementary school and still prefers the ipad. In a pinch, we've sometimes used this device for adult tasks (web browsing, document writing) and it is unsatisfactory in terms of speed and reliability. Not really sure who this device would be good for.

We bought three of them for our kids to do school at home during the COVID-19 time. Within a couple of months, two of them started having problems. One of them, had the screen glitching when moving the screen. The other one broke down (from falling, "Thank you, 8-y-o son!") Making any repairs to these is almost more expensive than replacing them.

I probably won’t be buying anything else from BestBuy. Too bad.

Not as good as I thought

It locks up often and has to be rebooted. I wanted to return it for something else, but with current situation, there doesn’t seem to be any others available.

Really slow

I was attracted by the price and the fact that it’s touchscreen, I was wrong to mainly focus on that. So, if I knew I would have bought a normal computer. Good luck
