Great device and easy to use straight out of the box! This Chromebook was EXACTLY what we needed for my 9 and 5 year old children while “learning from home” due to the School closures during the COVID-19 pandemic and shelter-in place orders. Great product for a great price with all the functionality a child needs.

Only used for about a week so far but everything has been good. Limited apps installed to date but load times and overall responsiveness feel very good for the price range. Screen touch accuracy and response have been seamless, that is to say no issues.

Very pleased with this purchase. Has the same software limitations of all Chromebooks, so nothing surprising there. But what was surprising was the quality of the machine for the price. This is a student computer for us, but has a great looking screen and fast enough processor. Tempted to buy another for myself.

Bought this to replace another one from a different manufacturer that barely lasted 6 months. This one seems sturdier, is a convertible design and has a much better screen. So far it has not disappointed at all. Good battery life as well. Can't beat a Chromebook for quick starting and excellent battery life.

Son needed a computer for school. This Chromebook was exactly what he needed to get his assignments done. It was a really great price for our budget. Been doing work on it since stay in place order took place. I would highly recommend for any family on a tight budget but need a reliable piece of equipment.

This was a replacement for an Acer Chromebook several years old. I wanted to retain all the easy-to-use features of the original Chromebook and the transition was easy. This one operates faster and has touchscreen, which the original did not have. Order and pickup at the store was easy.

I normally buy Samsung. I bought a Samsung 2in1 chromebook, returned it days later and found this for 1/3rd the price. It does everything it needs to do. I would make the same decision again. I rarely use the pen with my note 10+ 5g and the pen is probably the main thing missing from this.

Bought a earlier version of the Acer book for my daughter which held up pretty well until she cracked the screen. This was cheaper I originally paid for the other and definitely a upgrade in speed and storage. Good school laptop that makes it easy monitor your childs computer use.

My 8 y/o son says this computer is "the best"! We are big fans of Acer and this chromebook continues the tradition. It is the only chromebook/laptop we have in our home that is a touchscreen so he thinks he's special. This has basically replaced his iPad for anything and everything

Kids needed something to use for their online school days during the Corona lockdown. These were the perfect choice. I also use them to watch tv while exercising. Great price great abilities. My only wish was that they had a lit key board but I wanted this one for its other specs.

Good little computer so far! Purchased for my 5 year old son and he absolutely loves it. Has his youtube and put his favorite movie on it. ☆☆☆☆☆

This is wonderful! Easy to use. The Acer Chromebook Spin 11 setup guide that comes with it gets everything going quickly and easy. And, its fun! Just what is needed for communications and internet items during this difficult time. I am so glad I selected this product!

Bought this as a Christmas present for my grandson. His school requires online classroom and homework. He's been using the school provided device but was excited to get his own laptop. I bought a similar one for his older sister 2 years ago and it does what she needs and more.

My son loves this. He can download all his school apps with ease. I thought the screen was small, it must have been relative to the others around, because when we watched a movie on it it seemed huge. Great value.

We bought this Chromebook a couple of weeks before the run on these products. Last years processor, but that was top of the line for entry level processors last year. Love the Anti-microbial Gorilla Glass. Works well with Zoom, quick and budget friendly. Winner.

She actually bought it, I just gave her a few extra bucks to cover it. She really likes it she is 11 and they use chrome books in school. She can do her assignments and log into the class projects from home.
