It functions well doing minimal tasks and web browsing but does glitch sometimes- it has happened where the screen will freeze and will have to restart or the audio will just go out, but otherwise a decent machine

Great little Chrome Book for middle school and HS freshman before online school started. Not enough memory to run efficiently during distance learning. And small screen is adequate for opening more than one window at a time.

Pretty good chrome book, Worked well from get go, we got it for our kid to take it to school and it was easy to set it up to the schools domain. They probably could have been a increased the memory a bit, it is a little bit slow. No issues so far.

I needed something to help me get through college, this fella helped me get through it . I think I bought it in 2017- 2018 , it’s now 2021 . I’m now handing it to my daughter , still in great condition.

The computer is good and it comes with a decent pouch and stylus. It folds back and everything is good except the speakers. The speakers are under the computer so if you set it down on a bed or something soft, it is really muffled.

This Chromebook works with Google family link so your children can log in with their Google account and use all of the family safe Chrome settings. This thing is snappy and very well built. The 4in 1 design is awesome!!

Purchased for a nephew for school as he needed it to work from home as schools are closed. There have been no issues with it and with everything done with Google applications the Chromebook interfaced well with the school's setup.

The salesman was a great help. I needed to purchase a computer that would handle speech programs for my wife. She is a stroke victim and requires a lot of therapy. Settled on a Chromebook. The geek squad was also great. They got me set up and working.

Because of the quality of the laptop, we purchased this for presentation and reporting. And found this laptop not to be the one for us. Only because it was cloud operated for the programs. Not convenient for many locations without access to wifi.

The initial start-up was rough. We had to do a factory reset and it took a while to get it going. Once we did the reset though it worked great. This is perfect for my husband who is a teacher and needs some flexibility in the classroom.

Haven't used the stylus yet. Got the brushed silver version. Folds nicely and is quick, Adequate little protective case that if it had carry handles, would of been nicer. Looks well built and has the added gorilla glass. So far so good.

Get the job done for most uses, the Wacom pen isn’t as good as other stylus’s like the Apple Pencil and iPads, but it get the job done for everyday use. Good for school, let’s me take handwritten notes rather than typing everything

I used this computer for my first semester of school before switching to the Mac , and I loved it. great for traveling from class to class , easy to handle. love that you can fold and make into tablet this was great for my drawing class!!

I neded a second lighter computer for my small business for travel. This fits the bill perfectly. It runs all the office programs and internet smoothly. Screen resolution and touchscreen run good. Only complaint is that the speaker is very weak

This is the second Chromebook we’ve purchased because other family members have a habit of taking ours! Again, it was just the newest version of the same because we find the Chromebook to be reliable and fulfill the needs we have.

We've been using this Chromebook for a little under a year now, and it has worked well enough. But, the screen often glitches with stylus use and to fix the problem we have to close the Chromebook and open it up again. Another issue that has arisen is that the top row of buttons on the keyboard, which control the settings such as brightness and volume, have stopped working. These two issues regarding the operation of the Chromebook are somewhat minor, but still significant. If I had to give a rating based on the style/look, I would give it 5 stars.

I bought this Chromebook solely for my son to do his elementary studies on during the pandemic. The glass is tough and resists his numerous knockings. I have had no issues at all using this Chromebook as a study tool.

This Chromebook is used primarily for school work, and it works great. One of the drawback we have seen is that some school-required software is incompatible with the Chrome OS. But for the price, I can't complain.

When purchasing my first computer, I was very particular with what I wanted, and I can say that this purchase has definitely satisfied all of my needs. For my first computer, this one was for sure a great pick!

No issues whatsoever with this Chromebook. I really liked that it came with a carrying case and a stylus; another Chromebook I purchased for roughly the same price came with neither of these.
