This chromebook is an excellent value for the money, a very versatile device. I purchased this for my daughter for remote learning, and she loves it. It comes with a nice case as well.

This is the first Chromebook I've used and the sales reps assured me it would provide everything I needed - which was internet, social media, watching videos, and using Microsoft Office. I specifically asked about the Microsoft Office and was assured it works fine on the Chromebook. Unfortunately, we were misled as the Chromebook only allows a limited version of the Office Apps. Quite disappointed. No real issue with the Chromebook - it works well for what it does - just wish I had been properly directed by the Best Buy sales reps as I would have purchased something else.

Bought this one in sale. I use it for streaming live TV and online movies. Perfect for my purpose! I also have a Lenovo for the same purpose in another room. Both beat my expectations. Great value for the money!!

I love my chromebook, it's just the right size for my busy schedule. It has good picture and sound. My only complaint is that Microsoft doesnt work well with it, and it has issues uploading things to my school website.

Bought this during the stay at home orders because we were sick of fighting with the school issued ones. The ability to use the stylus made doing homework so much easier. I really like this!

This is my first experience with a Chromebook. This Acer is small and light as it weighs 2.76 lbs. It comes with the Chromebook, sleeve, AC charger, pen and pen sleeve. The glass is Antimicrobial Gorilla Glass so it should be durable. I charged it immediately but it was almost fully charged already. When you start it up you will connect to a Wi-Fi source (it recognized my 2.5 ghz and 5 ghz immediately) and log in to your Google account (or create one). I even used the built in camera to take a picture for my account profile. This will allow you to use the Google Play Store as it is preinstalled. It was very easy to find the apps I wanted and install them. I installed the ones I wanted and was off and running. The Google equivalent of Office produces work fine. You can also download Word, Excel and others. One app I use is VLC to watch videos I record. I wanted to see how the Chromebook would handle video. I copied some files onto a USB and plugged the USB into the provided USB slot (there is 32GB of eMMC to store your files on the Chromebook). It was recognized and I played a one hour show. I like the way you can fold the screen over to create your own stand more or less. You can fold it over so it is like a tablet if you like. The picture was fine and the audio comes from speakers located in the bottom. So it sounds better folded over than sitting like a regular laptop. I also tried using headphones and the audio was very nice. Everything I tried worked flawlessly. The touchscreen was very responsive. The battery is rated at 10 hours. After using it for about two hours (mostly for video that is a battery hog) there was about 75% left. So depending on what you use it for, 10 hours may be realistic. It is very sturdy and appears durable. I also really liked the feel of the keyboard. I do prefer to have a backlit keyboard. Adding this feature would make it that much better. Overall I am happy with this unit and would recommend it to those looking for a Chromebook.

We were looking for a laptop that acts like a tablet.espically on a budget..we saw this one and my IT brother recommends chrome books. This is the best deal ever on this type of laptop

Amazing buy but the wrong buy. I was looking for something that would be able to download exe files and unfortunately it doesn't so I gave it to the husband and bought something else.

I absolutely love this computer. Its lighting fast, incredibly easy to use.. it seems sturdy in its build and the keyboard feels great. I have nothing negative to say- I shouldn't have waited this long to upgrade!!

It’s a well built product but you can definitely see the limitations it has when you’re trying to do certain things. Great for kids, especially during this pandemic.

My mom loves it actually. She was in need of something new after the laptop she had since 2011 stopped working properly. She’s not tech savvy but it’s not difficult for her to use.

This touchscreen Chromebook is great. It can behave like a laptop or, folded open, seems more like a tablet. If you want a 11" touchscreen Chromebook, you won't go wrong with this one.

My high schooler needed a laptop and asked for a chrome book. It was a lower cost than most so I got it and couldn't be happier. Now we have a backup computer that is similar to what the kids use at school.

Bought because my daughters previous chrome book from 6 years ago was slowing. Lenovo has great devices. She loves it and helped her through the last month of online learning.

Bought this for a friend and she loves it uses it for work for movies for writing and even shopping at home like an iPad style she likes that it can fold any different ways

Needed another laptop for my son for at home learning and this has been a great option. It easy to use and he really enjoys the pen and being able to draw on the screen.

I purchased this open box item for my granddaughter for virtual learning due to Covid 19. It was a great purchase. I purchased the extra warranty and we are all set.

This is a great laptop if you just want a basic laptop it has all the bells and whistles but if you don't want to use them you don't have to. It's perfect for a "non computer" user lol

I am loving this Chromebook!!! The only issue I had with it, which isn't such a big deal, is that the thing holding the stylus was very flimsy and broke easily.
