EXCEPT FOR A KEY STICKING THIS CROMEBOOK WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED FORY MY GRANDDAUGHTER. SHE HAS NOT HAD ANY OTHER PROBLEMS SINCE.

The battery went out on my old chromebook, and was looking for a reasonable touchscreen model. This one ticks all the boxes. Very pleased with the purchase.

Connection is somewhat slow and Microsoft has too many steps to sign in. Overall the chrome itself is okay for basic computer work. Does not download software well.

Bought this for my son, and it turned out to be better than I expected. Came with a stylus and cover case. For the price it is good deal, he is enjoying his new chrome book.

I guess I purchased this new chromebook at the right time for my son as school being closed for the rest of the year because of the virus. Love this product.

But unfortunately some Android apps that run on my Android tablets do not run on this Chromebook so until these apps are fixed I will not be getting much use from this product.

This is working really well for my Freshman who needs a simple, internet-enables device for school that has a keyboard, but wanted a tablet device.

This is my first time using a Chromebook as I have been using both Windows OS and iOS for work and personal. This Chromebook is perfect for internet surfing and most of the apps you can find in Android and iOS are also available in ChromeOS. The setup is quite easy and painless, you just have to turn it on, log on to your Google account, then follow the instructions on the screen and you will be online and ready to use it in just a few minutes. This Chromebook is fast and I have not experienced any lag when opening applications or when surfing the internet, the pages load quickly. So far, I have installed about 8 apps. The touchscreen is also very responsive when using the included pen. The overall design is sleek and it is lightweight, so this is perfect for use on the go. It can be used as a laptop or converted into a tablet by turning the screen 360 degrees. The device also came with an Acer sleeve which is a plus. Overall, the pros are: sleek design, lightweight, fast and responsive, includes sleeve, no need to buy and install antivirus since ChromeOS has built-in antivirus. The cons are: limited memory which may slow the device when a lot of apps have been installed, small screen.

Feels and functions like a tablet. My grandson loves this best. Also Acer provides a toll free number for tech support that was very helpful

This is such a great chromebook. My daughter uses it for homeschool. She liked the way it rotates so she can put 8t in her lap when watching videos.

I was reluctant to get a chrome book because I am use to a standard laptop. This changed my mind. I had some of my college relatives get one too.

I love this chromebook! It's everything I was looking for in a laptop! The fellers at the store we're awesome! Will be back!

This was purchased for my 14 year old daughter and she absolutely loves it. Great product. Would definitely purchase Acer again.

Bought this for my mom as a gift and she loves it. User friendly and does what she needs to do! Great speaker and video too!
