The WiFi connection constantly drops that my fourth grader kid who is attending her class virtually can’t hold an uninterrupted Zoom session with her teacher. Trying to fix the problem I’ve spent in vain several hours last night well into 5:00 AM! I’ve even hard reset the computer to factory defaults, called Powerwash, basically to a condition as it were when new but the problem still persists. I’ve tried updating the OS, removed all Chrome browser extensions as well as some installed apps Nothing could fix the problem. I want to return it.
