The WiFi connection constantly drops that my fourth grader kid who is attending her class virtually can’t hold an uninterrupted Zoom session with her teacher. Trying to fix the problem I’ve spent in vain several hours last night well into 5:00 AM! I’ve even hard reset the computer to factory defaults, called Powerwash, basically to a condition as it were when new but the problem still persists. I’ve tried updating the OS, removed all Chrome browser extensions as well as some installed apps Nothing could fix the problem. I want to return it.

Good entry-level computer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First and foremost, this is not a review of Chrome OS but rather a review of the hardware itself. First the exterior is made from plastic and has a brushed aluminum type of finish and therefore not a fingerprint magnet. Also this has a celeron processor which is adequate for day-to-day computing. And since this is a Chromebook, performance is quite snappy. The screen itself is 1366 x 768 which is fairly good enough. Storage is at 32gb which is more that what other Chromebooks have. But it could be better if it was 64gb or higher. RAM at 4gb is quite sufficient for the use of this machine. And the keyboard spacing is quite far enough. It has USB types A and C on each side. But unfortunately, there is no hdmi ports. For this I have removed one star. Other bonuses include a Wacom branded which is quite good but I wouldn't be using anyways and Acer branded sleeve. And lastly, the 360 degree swivel converts this into a tablet thereby adding further functionality.
