DO NOT BUY Charging Issue
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have to return for a second time for repairs for the same issue ( won’t charge or turn on). It cost us almost $50 to ship it last time. Not Happy! My son does school work online and can not work without it. Don’t waste your money or go through the frustration of returning multiple times.

DO NOT BUY: BATTERY/CHARGING PROBLEMS

I have now had to return to factory twice for failure to charge. Very disruptive when your child is so dependent on using this tech, as the two weeks to transport/repair means your child needs to use another computer

Disappointing
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The pen was almost unusable because it triggered the screen from a full inch away. Since this was intended for drawing it was a deal breaker. It also froze randomly and ran slower than it should have. We exchanged for a Samsung which ran much more smoothly.
