Briefly - it's fast, the sound is great, picture clear and sharp. The only drawback is that it's very heavy. A bit difficult to set comfortably on your lap for a full movie. But, for the cost, this is a very efficient and capable unit that won't disappoint.

Touch screen and 1080 DPI resolution is awesome to watch movies on Netflix and Prime. Sound quality is great - and easy to navigate. It is a bit awkward to type on the keyboard due the layout-but not a showstopper.

I was reluctant to get this Acer Chromebook Spin 15 but I am so glad that I did. I use a smaller Chromebook at work so I was familiar with this device. This Chromebook has more features that the one that is issued on my job and I have more freedom to explore since it is mine. It is large but that is what I wanted. I really like that I don't spend a lot of time waiting for it to come on, it's always ready! I very happy with the Acer Chromebook Spin 15.

It's a really great laptop. It's good to watch videos on. I love how it turns on right away when I open it. The features in it are pretty awesome too. I like that its touchscreen. It fold in half and the sound quality is great.

Excellent product for the money. This Chromebook has been a low cost perfect solution for kids/teanagers who are currently in virtual classrooms. Everything they access is web-based, no need for an expensive laptop.

The salesman that helped us was very knowledgeable and sold us the best product for my Granddaughter. The IT man at her school said that it’s great and is equal, or better, than what the teachers have! We are VERY happy.

I bought this Chromebook for my daughter to complete her schoolwork (8th grade) during quarantine. It was extremely easy to set up and she really enjoys using it. Overall, we have been very pleased.

Purchased two of these, one for each of my daughters to use during NTI days. No complaints. Easy set up. Works quickly on our WiFi network. Screen is sharp and clear. I like the light up keyboard.

We wanted a laptop that was easy to use at a fair price. We found what we needed in this Acer Chromebook. The darn thing practically set itself up. Still getting to know this laptop, but so far, we love it.

Easy to use. Fast log in and internet connection. No buffering and the sound and video quality is amazing. Hard to believe it costs as little as it does.

This works as a "laptop" replacement for most things. Since we spend so much time in our browser, having a "slimmed" down function that is centered on the browser without all the extra "windows" stuff works well for us.

This unit offers exactly what you would need to get started on ,, its screen provides excellent display for all ages ,and the speakers (sound quality) was startlingly pleasant from a laptop! Especially at this price,,,2ETech.

This laptop was SLIGHTLY better than the standard laptop that most people (not willing to spend loads of money) would buy. Just don't buy this product expecting to run multiple high-level enterprise type applications.

I wasn't sure if just a chrome book would do for my purposes and I had never had experience with ACER. However , no cplsins or disappointments. Love it!

We needed a machine that would protect someone who doesn’t understand computer safety from malware, and this was perfect. The touch screen was also a great feature for games and browsing.

I bought this for my dad whom is 70. At first he didnt think he would like the touchscreen but now loves it and can play his solitaire all day. Lol

This chrome book is an awesome laptop. The speakers are amazing. Folding it over to basically be a tablet is something I’m enjoying a lot. Great for my online school classes as well.

My daughter uses it for online schooling since her school is closed due to Covid 19. She has no problem using it. First time buying a chromebook and I feel I made the right choice.
