Nice device.I love the touch screen technology. Only wish that it was preloaded with WORD. Creating documents takes some getting use too.

I enjoyed it! It isn't made for gaming and it's not the best for business, but the screen size is nice and it's perfect for media.

There are levels to laptops, with the features, weight, and price. This falls right in the mid/low category. This is not a $200 laptop with a celeron. This is a pretty decent laptop with some more high end features. The setup was pretty easy, you just login with your gmail account (with no gmail you can only surf the web). Updates were automatic and fast with 802.11AC, I told the laptop what I used for entertainment (netflix, hulu, etc) and I was pretty much set. A few things that really surprised me were the touch screen and lighted keyboard. That is usually a high end laptop feature. I left the laptop on my nightstand for 3 days (did not turn it off or charge) and still have more than half a battery left. I watched a few videos on my Netflix and Plex account and they rendered pretty well. Even if this is listed as 1080p, and you actually get a stop above that. Avengers looked pretty amazing. The sound from the 2 speakers to the left and right of the keyboard was new but the sound was decent. Could not get this to cast to any of my google speakers. I watched movies in regular, tent, and tablet mode and all looked good. I am concerned about the 4GB of RAM, chrome is not RAM friendly. This is not upgradeable. The 32GB of HDD is a downer. There is a media card reader, so you can add more space, you can use your Google drive, and I got an extra 100GB from getting the new laptop. if you think you can use the webcam, think again. The description says 720, the best option I saw was for 16:9 .9MB and it looked like a Motorola flip phone from 10 years ago. You can skip putting the tape on this one. This is not a lightweight laptop, close to 5 pounds. For being my first Chromebook, I can see this as more for emails, and movies and less on the productivity side of things. But if you need a good laptop, great battery life, and a good screen for watching movies. This could be a great deal for Santa to buy.

This computer is just what I needed. It has a large screen and its touch screen. I can see my e mais a lot easier

A good beginner laptop. very responsive to the touches we place. although the size is a bit much when it is just sitting in your lap but pleased with my purchase.

I bought this computer to replace my Windows laptop. I didn't want to deal with the Windows updates anymore so I tried a Chromebook. I love the fast start up, the battery life is long and charging time short. Touchscreen is really nice, only thing I have an issue with is when you fold it to watch movies the touchscreen is a little hard to get to react when trying to pause or play. The speaker volume is great. I use mine just for streaming shows and playing games.

I’m not a fan of chrome at all but this seems to work well for my first grader for her distance learning.

It’s ability to fold backwards into a tablet style laptop was very helpful with note taking, and the large screen is great!

This chromebook is worth the money. Easy to use and live that it's a touch screen.
