Since purchasing this laptop, I have been nothing but pleased with how fast it is, how beautiful it is, and how great it is. This is the perfect laptop for a moderate internet user like myself and with me being an Apple user, it has been quiet easy for me to manage my documents on all of my devices. Google is my favorite!

This is a good Chromebook and easy to set up and use right away. Main thing to note is that it is large. The bigger screen is great to work on but it is a little cumbersome for kids to move with room to room when doing homework. If able to keep in one area most of the time, love the large screen. If need to be mobile or carry to school, definitely go a size smaller.

This has made things so much easier and accessible for my child for school. Love the access to the google play store and the app. Our old chrome book couldn’t access almost anything. Great upgrade. Flip screen is awesome for drawing apps and the touch screen is really alleviating all the constant use of the mouse.

Purchased because my home computer broke. Was very nervous that I would be disappointed choosing a Chromebook but at this price I decided to take a chance. Very happy with my decision as is the rest of my family. My husband is a teacher and loves using the big screen on this to teach during the pandemic!

Great dual laptop, great screen size, perfect for my needs

I have only owned the laptop for 3 weeks, but I am pleased with it, no issues so far. Speed is good when surfing the web. My only issue is, I miss the standard keyboard, I work with numbers and it’s easier on the regular keyboard, I also miss the ‘delete’ key. I would still recommend this Acer laptop.

Recommended by a staff member for its quality and features. Easy to set up and worked fine right away. Had good appearance and quick response. As a long time Windows user I had a little trouble with some programs but soon had them mastered. Missed the ability to record CDs but I have a back-up for that.

This is a very fast computer with its limitations. I use this computer for school. I chose this computer because I could quickly access google drive and the internet. The battery life is a scam. It says up to 12 hours of life at 100%. It started like that, but 4 months later, now; the computer says that I only have 5 hours on a full charge. But, as you lose battery, the hours of battery life go up... Weird! Another con is the speakers. They work well!...for a while at least. Until you hear a static squeaky sound when you are watching YouTube! Even after you close the tab, it keeps going. I had to completely turn off the computer to stop the sound! Other than that, this Chromebook is really good! It is very fast and reliable! I would definitely recommend this Chromebook to anyone who reads this review!

Great laptop for college students. I graduated last December and I still use mine. Great to take on plane rides as it can flip backwards to just show a screen for viewing tv/movies. Love the touchscreen and will never go back to a non touchscreen!

I purchased the chrome notebook for my wife who's less than computer savvy. Within 15 minutes we had her up on the cloud, all her files were found and her pictures right where they should be. This was an easy install and a good, solid device for those who like an uncomplicated device that does just about everything.

I purchased this for my wife she didn't want a laptop she figured she wouldn't need it because a had a laptop myself that I own and she would use it at times. Well she really loves her own laptop and even tells me don't touch it because it belongs to her! LoL She loves it!!
