I purchased this to replace an older Chromebook that died out. It is for my mother who is elderly. She absolutely loves it. Quick enough for her web surfing purposes and has a high quality feel to it. I was shocked at the quality and almost wanted to keep for myself lol. Overall it was a great purchase.

Stranded in GA, hundrends of miles from my home, and thrown in to online teaching with no real notice....panic!!! This chromebook has been a life lafer. I have been teaching online for about three weeks now on this computer and it has been great!!! Amazing for the price and user friendly!!!

I bought this chrome book after returning a previous asus chromebook that disappointed because of an exceptionally low resolution screen. This one was only about 75 dollars more and I got way more features. Touch screen 1080p resolution and completely foldable to use as a giant tablet. Very happy with my purchase.

A really beautiful laptop, the keyboard reminds me of a macbook's keyboard. the backlit keyboard is a really nice touch and the screen is gorgeous in 1080p HD quality. the speakers on either side of the keyboard are great quality and this laptop feels really premium at the price point.

I am enjoying the purcase of my ACER Chromebook 15. The computer is very easy to operate and I am exploring all its many new features! I would highly recommend this purchase to anyone who wants a simple computer with so many facets!

This was our first Chromebook and we will NEVER go back to a Windows machine again. This is so much faster and with everything stored on the cloud, there is no need for a true laptop. Highly recommended!

First of all I bought this knowing how a Chromebook works . It is not a Mac or a windows machine . but it is secure , auto updating , convertible (tho I dont really use tablet mode ). The resolution is outstanding . I am very hard of hearing and hear it clearly with very good volume for a laptop/notebook. People are constantly trying to tell me all the things I can not do on a chromebook so then I do them and prove them wrong. . Now the first one that BestBuy sold me had some sort of a flaw that kept powering it off then locked it up but Best buy exchanged it for the same one with no hassle The flaw showed its self in 2 hours . I have this one since November 10th I think and it has been no problem. Rely on Best buy for any problems . (ACER will not answer any questions or support !) If you are a glutton for punishment try to call them or send them an email , or worse yet attempt the on line maintenance request . you may end up in a Hospital after pulling out all of your hair .

I ordered this chromebook to have a computer for when we go out of town and for my granddaughter to use for digital learning. We love it. My granddaughter has a tablet but now she only wants to do her video games and watch You Tube on the chromebook.

Good speed, great screen, backlit keyboard a plus.

I bought this laptop about a month ago and it’s the first one I’ve ever owned. I love it! The picture is so clear and the screen is quite large creating a great display. I looked at laptops for a long time and am really happy with my choice!!!!

Wifey got this for Christmas. She loves, loves, loves her chromebook. She's already finding recipes to cook along with great products on Amazon to clean the house. So glad wifey is happy. Every woman should have one of these. Men, get on it. Make your wife happy like I did.

I bought this laptop for my son to use for his school work while we have been quarantined due to COVID-19. He LOVES this laptop. He said it’s easy to use and the speakers are the best he’s heard on a laptop. I highly recommend this laptop.

I picked this laptop for the size (it is big!) and the fact it has a touch screen. It has not disappointed yet. My 5th Grader uses it for virtural learning and the screen size makes Google Meets with his class very easy to see.

We have been using this cromebook for two months, and are very pleased. It is well built with a sturdy gorilla glass screen and provides an excellent video display even when viewed from a wide angle.

Have always used desktops, laptops and now this Chromebook. I am impressed with all that it can do and the simple ease of use. The way it folds so you can use it like a tablet really makes it. Now I don't need to bring a extra device when I am out an about

traded in my HP that I loved, for an ACER. I am satisfied with it's performance so far. Love the back lite and versatility of touch screen and It also can be used a tablet. Love the large screen size. Super easy to set up.

Great Notebook or Tablet. Love the Big Screen. I bought one several months ago and liked it so much I purchased this one for my Dad for Christmas. He has enjoyed the tablet/laptop flexibility.

My kids needed a laptop that was chrome based to use for home learning at this has been a great option. i would highly recommend it to anyone who has kids that need a laptop for home schooling. Very easy to use and learn.

This chromebook has been great for school work. Very quick to boot up. Touch screen works well. The keyboard is smaller than I am used to, but works will for my 9 year old. The only thing that drives me nuts is the lack of a delete key on the keyboard.
