I came in looking for a cheap, weaker laptop because I have a strong PC at home. However, the price on this laptop was reasonable so I couldn't pass it up. It's a great on the go computer and strong enough for me to run remote desktop. I recommend this.

Best laptop ever! very light weight and super fast. great display and sound! Very practical choice with not breaking the bank! touch screen is a bonus!

Acer Swift 16 AI - 16" 3K OLED Touch Laptop Review Model: SF16-51T-76TGSKU:6598823 Rating: ★★★★☆ Overall Satisfaction: I'm satisfied with certain aspects of the Acer Swift 16 AI laptop, but slightly annoyed by others. Performance: The laptop is quick and responsive, handling everyday tasks and multitasking with ease. It meets my needs efficiently. Display: The 16" 3K OLED touch display is bright and vivid. I don't use the touch function much, but the display quality is excellent. With 300 nits of brightness, it's more than enough for my needs, and I never have to go up that high. Build Quality: The laptop reminds me of an iPhone with its sharp edges. It feels solid and well-made, although there's some flex near the screen. It's not as sturdy as a MacBook, but still good overall. Features: The AI features are cool and fun to use. They can be quite helpful in various tasks. However, one downside is the lack of a media card reader, which can be inconvenient for those who need it. Another negative is the limitations with Copilot; you only get the chat option for a month, and it's very limited. This is disappointing because you would expect an AI computer to offer unlimited access. Keyboard: I really like the keyboard. It's comfortable to type on and adds to the overall positive experience. Value for Money: At $850 from Best Buy, I consider this a good value. However, when not on sale, I think there are better options available. Having this laptop for a couple weeks now. The battery life is great and the laptop it self is fast and reliable. Great memory and ram at an affordable price surprisingly. The only real complaint I can think of is the short charging cable.

The specifications of this laptop exceeded my requirements for doing small business consulting work, financial spreadsheets, word processing, email, etc. Beautiful display may tempt me into light gaming. Great bargain at the Best Buy sale price before Christmas. I'm replacing a 9-year-old laptop so I'm finding this Acer Swift so much faster and better than expected.

I bought this laptop for mi niece, she is extremely happy, she found it fast, easy to use, easy to clean, and great for her use in her college life, I also found it in a very good price, I recommend it.

I'm very happy with the performance and screen of this computer. The only thing that i can complain for are the speakers, they are not bad but i expected better quality on a +$1000 laptop

Great deal! Found it on special for $750 online so I went ahead and ordered it. The week after I saw it dropped to $650 and after contacting customer service online they did a price match and refunded me the $100 difference. The laptop is very nice! Metal frame with a very fast processor! Also the 3K OLED touchscreen looks great! I’m very satisfied with this purchase!

Pros ------------------------------------------------------------------------- - Screen is vibrant, clear, and responsive. It does ship with only 60hz as the base refresh rate, so be sure to change that to 120hz in the display settings when setting up for the first time. I found HDR to not look quite as accurate as non-HDR so I left that off, but your milage may vary. I may just need to calibrate at some point. Others were complaining about the brightness not being high enough, but I almost never use the laptop outside and I have found it to be plenty bright in every environment I've used it in so far. I usually use it around 1/3 of the brightness. - Integrated graphics with Intel Arc is perfect for light gaming. I've been able to play most of my casual games here and there with no issues. I always game while plugged in, so I'm not concerned with gaming battery life. - Keyboard feels pretty good overall, considering its a thin laptop. Unfortunately, they decided to cram a number pad on the right, which is almost unusable because of how narrow the keys are. I would rather have had a centered keyboard and trackpad without the number pad. Cons ----------------------------------------------------------------------- - Battery life is great, once you disable all the Acer Sense software and AI suite of apps that run in the background. Out of the box, I was only seeing about 5 hours battery life. After disabling Acer UserSense and various other pre-installed apps, I shot up to around 9 hours total. Those features may be nice, but not at that cost. These should come installed, but off or disabled and only turn them on if you prefer. - Mousepad has some glitches with multi-point touches. Usually, scrolling with two fingers will periodically press on the screen by accident. Using the gestures is always a challenge. This happens far too often for this price point of a laptop. I have resulted to just using a mouse most of the time as it has gotten quite annoying. - Gaming for short periods of time get the lapto quite hot, specifically right above the keyboard. Its not that much of an issue, as it it a thin laptop with a cooling solution to match, but just wanted to give the disclaimer that it gets toasty. Luckily, the hinge design allows the laptop base to lift off the desk surface, increasing the available airflow for the fans. - BIGGEST CON - Speakers. These speakers are absolutely not usable. Very cheap, tinny sounding speakers with no rich sound at all. After playing around with the DTS:X Ultra app, maxing out the bass and turning the trebble half way up, made them slightly less ear periceingly terrible. I cannot beleive at this price that that was the thing that was cheaped out on and overlooked. Previous reviews stated this when I was researching if this was the laptop I wanted to go with, but I didn't think they could be this bad. I came from a 2020 HP Envy X360 with a Bang & Olufson and that sounded so much better than this laptop. I really wish this was something they put more thought into. Just over one month of use and overall, this is a great laptop. Performance is there, battery gets me through the day, gaming is capable, and the OLED screen is absolutely beautiful. I can't speak to the CoPilot or AI capabilities as I have no current use for them in any of my tasks, but they are there for people who do use or need them. I got it on sale for $849, and at that price, I would absolutely reccomend this to friends or family. At the normal sale price, it may be a different conversation.

Runs great, i was worried because of what i seen being said about the speakers but they aren't terrible they can get loud but there isn't really any bass so that's something to keep in mind. The display is amazing its very smooth, the laptop itself feels very nice and the ai features are really amazing so i would fore sure recommend it.

Absolutely love it. The display is crisp and clear. The laptop is quick and amazingly noiseless. It's lightweight and also comes with a padded case. The AI is cute but does not make much of a difference when being used. Would definitely recommend if looking for a laptop that's above the basic budget laptops but does not cost as much as a gaming. I think I'll definitely get some good years using it.

I switched to OLED for my TV and monitor so chose a laptop with an OLED screen too. It is great. 16 inch a good screen real estate. I like Acer as its price/performance ratio is higher than other manufacturers. The device has high specs and performs very well.

The Acer Swift is an overall good laptop. The picture is great, screen is big, and it’s lightweight for its size. The only thing stopping it from being great is the speaker quality.

Switched from a Mac never going back! This laptop has is all, the touchscreen (which TBH I did NOT want on my laptop at first) has been really useful. The side number panel, screen lays flat, its great. The battery life lasts a while, it doesn't get too hot when using, and I like how lightweight it is.

This laptop feels really premium to use. I love the low power draw and thus less heat. The numpad is unfortunate waste of space as others have noted, but the keyboard is alright for a laptop. Trackpad is nice. The screen is amazing to look at. Really clear and awesome color. Easier to run games play just fine. Even some demanding ones can run sort of ok on lowest settings. General use of the laptop feels quite snappy. Other laptops have felt sluggish to me just launching a web browser or using the OS itself. This one somehow is quick.

The battery life is amazing, and I love how light weight it is while still being a 16"

This is my first new laptop in 12 years. I set it up myself, which says a lot since I am a retired senior citizen. I got this PC when it was on sale and I think it's a good deal at the lower price. The hardware seems solid, the display is better than most - but a bit dim and missing anti-glare feature. The keys have a nice backlit white light - but it is not adjustable and the keys are on the small side. I was drawn to this model for the nice display and many ports available on it. The only drawback is the buggy software and tons of unwanted bloat that I have been turning off for the last couple of weeks. It also came with an outdated BIOS that I must update at some time in the near future to stay current with the most recent security updates. I cannot speak to the portability or battery life since I use this primarily as my desktop device and have it plugged in full time and hard wired to the internet via Ethernet cable.
