Indoors, any brightness above 80% is "too bright" for me! The high res and refresh rate is also amazing. That being said, if you do any demanding work, you'll notice there being only 8 threads (vs the competing AMD chip having double that). Buy this on sale!

The built in AI is amazing and everything works seamlessly as it should. Came with Some blotware but not allot. Graphics card may not be for hardcore gamers but capable for the work I need. Doesn’t heat up on my lap.

It will randomly freeze, making you turn the machine off and then on again. Thereby loosing where you were and having to start again. Its a random event and ACER wont solve it. They want you to re-install every thing from scratch loosing your files unless you back em up.
