Swift GO 16 Screen and Keyboard FREEZE Randomly

It will randomly freeze, making you turn the machine off and then on again. Thereby loosing where you were and having to start again. Its a random event and ACER wont solve it. They want you to re-install every thing from scratch loosing your files unless you back em up.
