Hands down, best monitor on the market for the price!

It’s a good Monitor the frame is very small so it doesn’t get in the way

The monitor is incredible for gaming watching tv and connecting it to other system off you’d like. Ads just in so many different angles it’s really great along with the grafffics!

Bought two of these for side by side monitors. Love them. Clean look. Great picture. Easy installation guides. Would buy again if needed more.

The monitor had been a fine purchase for the last year but all of a sudden the screen became white and the monitor had stopped working, It is past the refund period and i'm not shocked that the monitor died after just a short amount of time.

I had a 1440p monitor but wanted to pump out more FPS so went with this 1080p in its place since I had only a 2060 GPU. Got about a 14-20 fps bump so it worked out. The refresh rate is fast with no ghosting. As well as G-Sync Compatible. The colors could be a little less washed out but it isn't a huge issue and can be adjusted on your PC or with the built in controls of the monitor. My only complaint is the base. I ended up using a mount in the end but the base is circular and awkward.

The display is if grey and white tinge, with dark colors not showing well at all. So much so that watching a movie is nearly impossible.

Had this monitor for a couple of years and all was fine, but one day, the monitor decides to go white screen for no reasons. Screen is completely white even when it not connected to my computer. Can't see any of the controls for the menu.

I have owned the monitor for a few weeks now and the increase from 60Hz to 144Hz is astonishing! I have absolutely no complaints yet, just a very short pros and cons list. PROS: - Extremely Responsive - Picture Quality is GOOD (It's no 4K, but good 1080p monitor) - Good range of ergonomic adjustments CONS: - Viewing angles are not great - Color seams slightly washed out

I bought this display month ago amd didn’t turn it on, today i turn it on and grey colour was looking weird like it is mixed with black.

To start off, this monitor has amazing colors. Anybody complaining about that hasn't adjusted/played around with the settings. Spent 20-30 minutes messing with the panel controls and nvidia color settings and now it looks PERFECT. This monitor IS SUPPORTED by G-Sync now with latest drivers! I also have a G-Sync 1440p Dell and I can't tell the difference between the two (G-Sync wise). I got this on a deal for around $200 on Black Friday and it was well worth it. I'd spend the retail price for this beast! As of 3/1/2019, one of the best budget free sync (thats supported by G-Sync also) monitors out there! P.S. : The black in the top left is the background not the monitor LOL didn't notice while taking the pics. Don't want anyone to think its dead pixels or anything

I ordered this monitor when it was on sale, got it delivered. When I followed the manual in the box and set it up, connected it to my laptop, the colors looked very strange. There is another review on Best Buy for this monitor containing settings that I copied, after copying those everything looked sharp. Straight out of the box I'd say the colors must be tweaked though, look horrible at default. Outputs 144hz perfectly, no issues there. When connecting it to my laptop, I noticed a "G-SYNC compatible monitor detected" notification on my system. I enabled G-SYNC for the monitor temporarily, had to turn it off because the monitor frames would stutter with it on for some reason. Lastly, the risk factor. I've heard this is standard risk when buying most monitors, but dead pixels. The day I received it and set it up, there were no dead pixels or any defects with the screen. The day after I set it up, I noticed a small green pixel appear on the left side of the screen and remain regardless of what I did. It became very noticeable when looking at white pages and annoying when playing games. Fortunately, after about 4 days of having the dead pixel remain, it suddenly disappeared. Not sure what caused it to appear or disappear, but it was annoying regardless. Overall, a great monitor for it's price and refresh rate, but needs to have default visual settings changed.

This is a great monitor for the price. The options for display port or HDMI or handy. The built in speakers are (in terms of sound quality) a little bit better than the average integrated speakers. I still use external speakers more often. I was getting some refresh-rate clipping in a game that disappeared with this monitor. I use this monitor with an ATI card, AMD CPU and the FreeSync feature. I have used other Acer monitors in the past that have lasted for more than 8 years without problems or failing, so I expect this model to be no different.

Zero issues in over two years of using this monitor for PS5 gaming! Picture quality remained great just decided to upgrade recently. Definitely recommend this monitor

This monitor has been so much better than I expected at this price point. The refresh rate and color options/range are excellent. I appreciate how easy it is to adjust the height and orientation of the monitor. The USB ports on the side of the monitor allow you to connect other items to your setup. Like I said in the title, "Unexpected joy!" There are a couple of things about this monitor that I wish were better. First, the speaker on the monitor is functional at best. It exists, but if you want to do anything beyond hearing alerts or watching a quick news video, you will want to attach headphones or other external speakers. However, considering that most monitors at this price point have no speakers at all, that they exist at all is a bonus! The second issue is more annoying of the two. The manual controls for the monitor are tricky for me. They are found on the back of the monitor. I find yourself trying to navigate unintuitive menus on small buttons by touch. I consider both of these issues minor. So, all in all whether you are a gamer or just need an upgrade working from home, you can't miss with this monitor. I highly recommend it.

the size of this monitor and 144hz speed is at a great price point. the picture quality is excellent. only thing is the colors are a little washed out from the box but a quick google search for a good picture setting and the colors were fixed. So very happy with this monitor. I use it for gaming and the 1080p is perfect.

For the price you cannot beat this monitor. It’s a great 144hz monitor with a fantastic 1ms response time. I have had no screen tearing nor any pixel problems and after over half a year the picture quality is still perfect. I now own three of these and would recommend it for anyone needing a 144hz monitor.

I got thispnotpr to pair with a modest yet capable PC. Most modern games will run at high setting minimum at over 100FPS, if not a higher quality. A high Refresh monitor was a must, but I'm more interested in 1080p at a 27" size with as much color clarity and saturation possible. At the price, the Acer is the right combo. There are 240hz displays. There are 1440p and 4K displays. Very few hit this price point, and absolutely none will hit both metrics. 1080p and 144hz is an extremely sweet spot. Along with an AMD card, the FreeSync just works. Smooth gaming, smooth video...smooth...very little ghosting. It works with Nvidia cards too. The independently powered USB hub is awesome. The included DP cable is quite appreciated. The stand is directional in all angles and is very sturdy. ... BUT... The blacks are basically darkish greys. It was a little disconcerting, and turning down the brightness only made...the brightness lower. LCD limitation, but still very jarring. The stand is adjustable in multiple directions, but the monitor itself feels less than top quality. The monitor menu and buttons are awful and feel like they should be on your work monitor from 2007. Finally, if you know Acer, you know that reliability may be a hit or miss affair (I just had a top reviewed Acer gaming laptop blow up...don't search for SSD failures!), and I've already had a FreeSync failure (lines across screen) . A hard reboot appears to solve the problem, but it is not comforting that I even got one within two weeks. Overall, AT THE PRICE, this is a great monitor. If you have another $100 you may want to look for a 120hz 1440p or a 60hz 4K (probably on sale), but this is great for a decent system... And you can buy two for the price of higher res and refresh monitors to boot!
