The only thing that went right with this order was the 2 guys who brought this garbage to my house. It didnt take long to realize the garbagethey brought was totally unacceptable. They apologized and packed the garbage up with respect and understanding.

The agents were very knowledgeable and very helpful. I wish they had gone through a little more details of the operation of the receiver, but I got it down now.

Technicians arrived on time and were Professional, very Courteous and knowledgeable. 5 stars to these technicians for a job well done.

These guys were outstanding. Best Buy had sold me the wrong receiver. The tech advised that we needed a 5 channel receiver, recommended the best items for quality sound and helped me order them during the appointment. He returned the next day and installed all the components. It sounds great and looks nice too

Justin came and setup our A/V Receiver. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to explain all of the functions and controls, and answered all of our questions.

Your tech was right on time, called me before he came to let me know what time to expect him and he was right on time. He figured out the problem I was having with my Home Theater system fixed it and explained what he had done and spent some extra time to answer some questions I had about the operation of my system. This was a very easy process to go through and I am more tham completley satisfied Thank You Richard Levine

We were told by other families with projection TV's to only use Geek Squad to set up our new home. Vincent was AMAZING!!!! He listened to our needs and had our home up and running in no time.

2 technicians came to my house to help my husband install some eletronics he had bought, and they both knew very well their job, were efficient and professional, also very polite. Excellent job !!!

The agent was very helpful and friendly. He checked the different devices connected to the receiver to make sure they working and gave me clear instructions on how to use the remote to select each device and search the channels.
