The problem I have is that when I went online and chatted to find out if Best Buy could fix my issue, he never told that Best Buy only repairs items like mine only if I had purchased a warranty. It was a waste of my time to bring it in.

Audio installation

Not that hard but it was a Sonos Amp which is not like most other audio amplifiers since it works off of an app you download and allows better direct wifi for Apple music, Spotify and many others. Where the Geek Squad guys really did a good job was walking me through the app and how it all works. saved me a lot of hours of trial and error. Very satisfied.

Tannyr is a GURU!!!!!!

I can now control all 5 zones individually or as a group from my iPhone. He is extremely knowledgeable. He was very friendly and professional. I had multiple AV folks look at my system over 5 years. Tannyr was the only one who could figure it out. He is in the top 1% of AV techs. He is a GURU!!!! I am so thankful for all his help. All my future purchases will be at Best Buy.

High end TV/Amp installation

Polite, efficient and watching his work, we knew he was very experienced and we felt confident. Maybe he should be promoted to train others? Or given an incentive award?
