Overall excellent service! The techs knew what to do and how to do it

The techs came to figure how to connect hearing aids through the TV A/V system. In the end they were unsuccessful so it still doesn’t work. They were very pleasant and eager to try to find a way to do it. They did give a couple other suggestions on a better viewing experience which have helped.

Needed a broken TV replaced with a similar one, along with speakers located all in over the house, The Geek squad had to wait while we had a cabin fixed buteven set up our TV so we could watch it until they could complete the project. We have always had great success with their service. They need to hire a few more service people and give them some time off as they work long hours.
