    Geek squard installed my home theater system

    Very professional and polite. They answered all my questions a ND showed me how to use my controller. Great job !!! My home theater sounds incredible.

    Tom was very efficient and solved all my problems However i did not appreciate getting the form letter to be ready at 7 am, a hardship as i am in my eighties

    Issues at first with connection between Receiver and G3 OLED. Stephen of Best Buy worked out the issues and sound and picture quality are fantastic.

    The men from Geek Squad were SO GREAT!!!!! EVERYTHING sounds so much better on tv set up. Craig and team were so nice and cleaned up too!! GEEK SQUAD IS WONDERFUL very time they come out. Thank you very much.

    They were able to pin-point which speaker/connection of my home theater receiver had an issue. I was then able to find where the speaker wire had a short ad fix the problem.

    The agents mounted my TV and not all my devises. They came back a second time and finished the job but I was charged another $103.99. I tried to explain that the girl said there would be no charge but they said I had to pay it.

    If I could give minus 5 stars , It still wouldn’t make situation better.Best Buy charged for a service weeks away, and were supposed to send an email the day before with a time window for arrival.Didn’t get an e-mail day before so I called them at 3:30pm and they set it up for 11:30-3:30 next day.At 6am next day I get an email saying new window is between 2:30-6:30pm.Well ok I’m thinking,so we go to lunch at 11(I left phone home as I knew I’d be home way before 2:30)We get home and there are 3 messages from Adam saying they are at front door.Next message saying call before2and we can still come .I called at 1:40 and left a message saying I was home.No return call.Next message is we’ll need to reschedule appointment.Now I gotta wait another 3 weeks for next appointment. I will be going to Best Buy for a refund tomorrow. Maybe there is chaos at geek squad headquarters I don’t know but after waiting so long for appointment to have that happen day before and day OF appointment made me mad.I’ll call a reputable company this time

    Agent found and fixed my problems quickly

    The agent reviewied all my speaker connections, correct one. He also found on defective GE outdoor mini speaker defective, which I have replaced with a Boston Acoustcs micro 110x and everything is working as well, as expected
