Set up was fantastic once I got it. Although getting there was challenging.

The agents assembled my new TV stand. It took very long, since it had many pieces, but they were very thorough and persevered and did a great job. It came out fantastic! I was very pleased.

The agent came and set up the receiver to my surprise the receiver did not work with my Bluetooth phone. The agent tried to connect the receiver his phone too does not work. The agent advise me to return to Best Buy

The GEEK squad guys did a great job of installing our home theater. Everybody loves it.

We had five different Geek Squad crews come to our house to install the Yamaha RX A2A receiver each of the crews were very nice with the exception of the last crew. NONE of the Geek Squad crews were able to get the system working correctly. Each Geek Squad crew contradicted the instructions from the previous Geek Squad Crew. As I said each of the crews were nice with the exception of the last. That makes this a hard review to write. Would I recommend Geek Squad service to a friend, I don't know. Maybe for another product

James set up my vintage stereo system perfectly and also provided me sone new information about electronics that i had not known before.

My surround sound was not working for streaming. The technicians stuck with and found out it was a bad cable. They were very professional and polite.

The Geek Squad set up my speakers with my stereo. They also connected all the system. They looked at my printer as I had questions about it. They were very helpful and very pleasant.

Cost seems high for work done. Tech did a good job just could not get one of the speakers to work. We appreciated his communication for scheduling work and when he was on his way. Keep his appointments on time.

Two service techs came to my home to hook up my receiver to the tv along with speakers and sub. After an hour and a half they got the speakers to come on. Sub still not working. Found a blown fuse on it but no replacement . Most of time they were looking up how to fix the problem on their phones. I could have saved the time and money and did the same thing.

The crew who set up our equipment was very professional and thorough. They even answered my questions about other equipment I had previously purchased from Best Buy.

The agents were great. Hooked up a Denon receiver and installed 4 height speakers. It took them longer then expected but everything worked smoothly. Thanks

The agents did the receiver installation even better than I expected. They went above and beyond. The new receiver and the way they set it up was way better than before and also much easier to use.
