They were able to reset my t v to make sure that it would work with the speakers that I have. They were extremely courteous and and professional. However in spite of all they did the store staff was totally incompetent and what I was looking for and tried to sell me something that I. didn't want. Your sales personnel in the store need to have more training and be able to listen to what the customer is asking for.

The Geek Squad technicians mounted my TV & connected all my components. They did an excellent job & everything looks & sounds great.

The Geek Squad did as much as anyone can to fit a new receiver into an old system. Once installed, the system worked fin for the most part.

The team did a great job of setting up everything, making sure it all worked together and that my remote worked with everything.

I want to tell of Cesar the technician that has helped me in my install. Cesar was patient in explaining the different options I have with my system, and I appreciate this. before he left he made sure I understood a majority of my systems functions. I will have to learn over time on my own.

What can I say? The Geek Squad is the best. Pleasant, professional, but most important knowledgeable and efficient. We rely on them for all our technical support from asking simple questions in the store to difficult installations in our home.

My Geek squad guys were wonderful. They not only set up my receiver but also answered all of my questions and helped set up my Roku remote.

With this purchase and Geek Squad installation, I updated my old system and now have music throughout my house! The multi-speaker system wiring was deciphered and the set-up took a reasonable period of time.

I've been with best buy for years and wouldn't have it no other way. There customer service and tech support is unmatched. Best buy stands by there products period.

They set it up and it was great, but one week after they completed, the unit reset and I have no clue how it was done. Don’t wasn’t to pay another fee to get it done. Be nice if the leftinstructions…
