Let us save you the hassle of setting up your new amplifier. If needed, we’ll complete any initial software configurations your TV might need so it can be ready for us to complete your service. We’ll professionally connect and configure your amplifier to a receiver or compatible source in a room, attach the cables from the source and route them neatly through shelving or furniture. We can also connect existing wiring to speakers in the same room. Based on the amplifier and its location, we can recommend proper placement or adjust the built-in settings to get you the best results. We’ll make sure everything is securely connected, linked to your home network (if available) and update to the latest firmware. We’ll also program any remotes that came with your equipment. Finally, we’ll take the time to show you your new setup, explain its functionality and answer any questions you might have. Once we’re done, we’ll make sure the workspace is clean before we leave. • Delivery and unboxing: We’ll deliver to a room serviced by an elevator or up to the third floor. Then, we’ll unbox your new amplifier.
• Configuring your TV: We’ll complete your smart TV’s initial software configuration process so it’s ready for us complete your service.
• Connecting your amplifier: We'll connect one new or existing amplifier to your functional receiver, processor or source in a single room. We can also connect your amplifier to existing speakers in the room with existing or pre-purchased wiring.
• Connecting to your home network: We’ll add the amplifier to your existing wireless network and perform the necessary firmware updates.
• Programming remote controls: Our installers will program manufacturer or service provider remote controls (DirectTV, Xfinity, etc.) and consolidate remotes where possible for easier operation.
• Adjusting amplifier settings: We’ll adjust the general settings of the amplifier based on your preferences or the space it’s in.
• Neatly dressing visible cables: We'll make sure that all wires and cables are neatly dressed, that they run through shelving, furniture or existing wire channels and that wire ties are used when necessary.
• System demo and education: Once the services are completed, we’ll perform a system demo to show you the features and benefits of your new technology. We’ll answer any questions you may have and discuss additional solutions that will improve your audio experience.
• Cleaning up and removing packaging: After the installation, we'll clean up the work area and remove any packaging your products came in.
