stopped working days after install, over-all sound system install was rushed and placement of speakers in room was such that they didnt have to climb a ladder. the prioirty wasnt doing a good job..they just rushed though it

The guy set up the turntable and it made a terrible noise which he said would stop after a few day. It did not.

it took multiple visits and excessive charges to get my my system working to the specs i provided to the sales person. Sales person didn't have the knowledge to nderstand what we wanted

The Salesperson incorrectly scheduled the installation process. The amplifier installer arrived before my TVs. After the TVs arrived 3 days later, they told me I needed an amplifier installer to complete the job. The amplifier installer told me I needed an additional person to run the HDMI cable from the tv to the amplifier. All this after the salesperson was out to my home to configure what was needed to meet my goals!

Geek squad did not hook up sound Bar and finish the installation.

Terrible no one showed or called wasted my morning and day off. Second scheduled appointment where the equipment was left not usable. Total tech not worth it. To add insult to injury I got an email saying my appointment was on its way at 11:55 pm oh btw my window was from 9 am - 1 pm. Total tech blunder.

Nice guys, but two of the four components don't work. I would like someone to come to my house to correct this.

The tech said he d never seen a home music cd player and amplifier so he didn't hook it up. I bought them both at Best Buy a Yamaha and Sony.. no follow up so i need to call and complain

The Geek Squad agent was extremely courteous and hooked up everything perfectly. He is an asset to your operation as are your computer repair personnel.

Four times people had to come out and get it set up, the first was defective and had one employee who knew what he was talking about was not people friendly

Problem unfortunately is not solved. Not sure who to even call relative to all the problems with the home install. After spending 25k, I expected better.

Made appointment and waited two weeks for that apartment!. On appointment day they did not have enough people to do the job!, Wanted to reschedule! I decline

Receiver did not pair to the TV. Needed replacement. Re-scheduling was a "dis-organized show. "Zero" rating.

Horrible service. From start to finish. Not a good experience

Geek Squad was very professional, efficient and personable. They went about disconnecting the old receiver/amplifier and installing the new one in a very efficient manner. Once they had completed the install, they tested all the connections and components, and explained how everything worked. They stayed until we felt we could operate everything. We were very satisfied.

Installer knew what he was doing and got everything up and running with great success. He was very neat and made sure the many wires were secured and properly bundled. Excellent work and highly recommended.

Adjusted the remote, added close captions, changed the screen format size. All done with perfection.

Geek Squad is the way to go! Friendly, professional and on time. Jon and Joe were great...very helpful and made sure everything was hooked up right and working perfectly!

These guys were good. Everything working fine still. These guys make Geek squad is the best.
