after a remodeling, I thought I could have re-installed all the wires to my apt. and speakers. Soon discovered I was in way over my head. Called on geek squad, and they didn't need too much time to re-wire all components to my satisfaction.

My Emotiva amp was not purchased through Best Buy like my Marantz cinema 60 was. (But) the geek squad still came through and installed as promised, as part of the total tech package

The agent that vame to my house to set up my music amplifier did not do a good. After hr det yheudic set it was mot playing properly. He told me that he was going to check something in ther shop and get back to me but he never did. I call snd left him to message in hid cell phone to tell jim that I was still having problems, but he never returnrf my call nor came back to.my home to address the problem.
