Team was very efficient and quick to uninstall the old dishwasher and not make a mess at all! Very happy they took the old dishwasher away and didn’t need me to do anything but stay out of the way. Great install team and friendly as well. Great that this service was included with the new dishwasher delivery.

Best Buy installed my new oven, and it was a great convenience and worth the small cost of them taking away the old one. I didn't want to deal with that, so I'm glad they offered the service at a reasonable cost.

The guys were personable, and not in a rush. I was sad to let the old Whirlpool go, but I finally gave up trying to figure out the problem with the reversing motor not going into agitate. I know it had to be some stupid little thing..but it was too stupid and little to keep agonizing over! Price was reasonable.

Best Buy guys were great. Timely, they cleaned up as they drug away the old washer/dryer and managed to get the new washer/dryer tower in a very small space. Great job!!

This service is great if they can find you. If you live in a large complex, they are likely to get lost, so make sure someone can answer any calls to give them directions. The recycling and haul-away are major money and time savers.

Installers carried the old microwave away, as scheduled, without any problems. Great service!

I was glad not to have to deal with getting rid of the stove myself, Definitely worth the extra $25.

Haul away free if you have Geek Squad Total protection!!! Especially if you have heavy appliances to have hauled off. We also had them haul off stuff we didn’t buy from Best Buy like an old 75” TV! It would have cost $100 to haul it off but free with total Geek Squad

The refrigerator was taken from our garage with no problems

Disconnected old unit and hauled it away. Took steps to protect the floor.

Quickly hauled away the old refrigerator. I had to remove the kitchen door in order for the old refrigerator to be removed. I also had to put the door back on after they hauled away the door. Although it was easy but to remove the door and reinstall the door, it was technically their job, not mines.

Glad i didnt have to haul my washer away. You guys took care of it all.
